i really appreciate the notion that it’s completely okay to just crown whoever makes you happy. all the crowns i’ve used have gone to triple crowning characters i love, and that’s been very enjoyable to me. usually when i say who i’ve crowned i get comments telling me i’m bad at the game due to those choices when that’s really not the case, i just enjoy investing in and maxing characters i like. so this was very refreshing, thank you :)

Ushi's scaling is insane if you throw him during Ittos burst it can get crazy stupid high damage on par with some bursts, I would recommend crowning him for funny numbers

My triple crowned Itto's (cause I love his himbo-ness) Ushi does more damage than what a meatball meteor Zhong Li provides. I get maybe 70k out of meteor with 4p ToTM ZL but Usho does a casual 98k. And it's a skill (so two times to throw Ushi if you can get it in before burst ends). Friggin' love Ushi.

Kazuha was my first triple crown character, next was Xiao because no one else needed the talent materials and I had loads of it. Now Wanderer has three crowns 😂 I just love my anemo bois so much. I do have other characters with 1 or 2 crowns but mostly my male characters and recently, I crowned Yae Miko 💜 she's my favorite too.

correction for 12:24, Yanfei is a character that gains alot of value from levelling her normal attacks, but her skill has negligible damage (as much as one charged attack usually) is just basically used to get seals, which you will get a fixed amount (3/4 based on constellations). but her burst actually not only does an instance of damage but also buffs your normal attacks, so it should be NA>burst > skill. @@yukaaa707 the reason why kazuha is the only one worth getting to a6/triple crown fully is because part of his damage with his skill is plunge damage. almost every other support just focuses on skill and burst, and you only need them at talent level 8 not to mention, it takes a lot of resources to ascend a character to a6/their talents to 9/10, and it's generally not worth it unless the character is a dps character because that character is on the field all the time. bennett is not a good character in the slightest (small aoe, only heals to 70%, you need to be in the aoe to get the benefits of it, burst only healer.) xiangling is meh and isn't really a support (guoba isn't really good, and she's more useful in a quick swap team then in anything else) xingqiu is amazing, but again, he only needs to be a5 since you only level his skill and burst. leveling his attack does nothing for his damage.

(yae miko is one of them) but yeah it all depends on your playstyle. anyways you know dendro is meta right? and when you run hyperbloom teams, the electro character is the most important to trigger the hyperblooms. (raiden, kuki, fischl, beidou, etc.). their character level makes a HUGE difference when triggering hyperblooms if you a6’d them, so if they’re only a5 it would still be good dmg but not really that high compared to a6. what. did you just say bennett is not a good character? you know he’s important on buffing your character’s atk especially on spiral abyss? you’re insane bro. bennett is worth a6 because every level increases his atk. what does atk in him do? makes his burst give your team MORE ATTACK. so basically you’re losing alot. xiangling is a SUPPORT. if you put her on 4pc emblem she can actually be really good sub dps if you go adc on her. her burst hits hard and she has no icd so its literally so good on various comps and she even gives you 10% atk from guoba. xingqiu can be used on alot of comps aswell (freeze, hyperbloom, vape, etc). if you level him up you can get HP and when his rainswords end you get heals based on his max hp. speaking of healing, are you saying that kokomi should not be a6 too? because “she’s not a DPS”? oh god don’t tell me that. bro if you level her up a6 you could heal 6k+ per tick man, you don’t want that?

@@yukaaa707 1 dendro currently and honestly sucks, more specifically the bloom type of reactions. if you're not careful you will be hit by them. 2 yae is a sub dps, not a dps 3 bennett's burst only lasts 10 seconds, and that's not a long enough time for everyone to be buffed for that small "burst" of damage. i'd rather use thrilling tales, an actual GOOD buff mechanic 4 yes, xiangling is a support, but because of her kit, she's not good at that. guoba is ass since he just stays on the field and the enemies can just, walk away from him. she's a sub dps because of her burst doing big pp numbers. she provides dmg/pyro application 5 that is correct 6 i am exactly telling you that. not to mention, why would you use kokomi when 1, barbara is right there, and 2, is you have qiqi, she's so much better than kokomi? again, don't waste your time/materials on a6'g a support, it's generally not worth it. you can get by with talents being level 8 and them being level 80

As a Qiqi enjoyer i should provide advice for Qiqi mains: If you want to crown her, you should only crown her burst, because it's her main sourse of healing and damage (because dealing damage with Ocean-Hued Clam is better than on field dps Qiqi)

@@epikgamingcat His e's ascent's dmg is based on his E, but the plunge is based on normals. Even still the plunge isn't always what you wanna use ideally. It's pretty nice, especially if it makes the difference 1shotting some weaker mobs, but it's hard to notice the increase to team power

Crown the skills you like to use on the character that brings you a lot of joy. That’s all. Genshin is a fairly easy pve game where any harder content is strictly optional. Take it easy and don’t stress on whether something is “worth it”. Do what brings you joy. And if that’s crowning, I don’t know, Zhongli’s normal attack because you like his moveset and want to use him as a dps, then do it and don’t worry about whether it’s “worth it”. It’s just a game and crowns are just a (more rare) resource that you’ll get more of over time if you just keep playing. The fun you’re having though - that depends entirely on what you do and how you play the game, along with the time you spend in the game and what you spend it on. Those are the most precious resources, even if they seem to be plenty, so use them carefully and make sure you do what you enjoy doing in the game, lest you want it to become a chore you have to do to get the characters and skills that are “worth it”.

I love crowning characters/ generally investing a lot into every character although it’s not the most efficient😂 I used 21 crowns haha triple crowns for my favorites Xiao, Kazuha, Wanderer, Heizou, Hu Tao and 1 crown for Faruzan Q, Ayaka Q, Shogun Q, Mona Q, Xingqiu Q, Bennett Q (I love recording dmg per screenshot) all other talents except supports NA are level 9 even though ik stuff like Kuki Q is not worth leveling 😂

REMINDER for 11:24: DO NOT FRET and DO NOT REROLL YOUR ACCOUNT If you have Crowned a talent that is not in the list. As Zy0x said, it depends upon your enjoyment and playstyle. Also, if you reroll your account and start from scratch, you will lose all the crowns you earned from events. I saved up a bunch of crowns, 15 or 16 then crowned the characters I had been using most. No one was triple crowned but I had a few doubles including Yoimiya, Ayaka and Raiden. It was expensive, but I had been hording money anyway. I am completely satisfied with the decisions I made, plus I still have at least a half dozen crowns left for whoever I take a shine to next.

obviously xiao doesn't need crowns because he's so exceptionally talented in every aspect already that leveling his talents honestly does nothing for his damage as he is so perfect that there is simply no room for improvement and if anything you might even start to hit diminishing returns. if you want to play optimally you may leave his talents at lvl 1/1/1 but there is a secret tech that not many players know about. as you may already know, xiao gains extra 10 feet of height upon reaching friendship level 10 with the traveler and a few extra inches from being lvl 90. but what is height without appropriate width to match? if we compare xiao to a tree, right now he is like a bamboo tree because he is tall but also slim. however, it has been found out that with each crown xiao will gain 3 more feet of WIDTH to match his outstanding awe-inspiring mind-boggling height making him comparable to a giant sequoia rather than a measly bamboo tree. at character lvl 90 friendship level 10 talent level 10/10/10 you can expect your xiao to become 20 feet tall and 10 feet wide, leaving us with a golden 2:1 ratio.
