Thanks for letting me "fix" your account, Sanzu! I definitely don't think I "fixed" this one, but hopefully I set hitosanzu on the right path! Unfortunately for this account it's going to take a lot of farming to fix. The next fixing video will actually be done on a different f2p account to compare different options available at different relative investment levels for f2p accounts. @@mitchsz there are no particular criteria other than whatever Im looking for with a given video. Obviously for this video the account had to be f2p, and then I chose based on wanting to make a video around this AR level, and I looked at character profiles and what was included in the submissions form to choose between different options (and I had multiple I chose as backup options in case people dont respond to me reaching out). Sometimes I go through submissions and get ideas from trends I see in what people are requesting. Ultimately the form exists as a database of potential people to reach out to for making these videos, and thats kinda it. If I was making a new form for every video before I made it, then maybe the criteria would be more specific, but the form is open ended for a reason

Well you should start building meta teams once you hit AR50. I built my first proper meta team at AR55 with Mono Lyney. Still need to max a few talent and artifacts.

Guys instead of waiting for the domains to open on said days, do the events and your exploration I promise it gives a lot of talent and weapon mats, that's what helped me have a fuller inventory when it came to mats, also it helps with getting heroes wits and stuff. Also even If you know you can't 36 star abyss still try and complete it.

As a new player, I love these videos. They're much more informative than most of the ones that are laser-focused on grinding, meta and abyss content, especially since you don't use the "streamer voice." Sooo much more laid back, which helps with absorbing the information.

Very much so, I refuse to go any higher than than AR45 because it’s the most I’ll tolerate farming and leveling wise. I love playing the games story, characters, and just exploring, but my gods does leveling the world level and the characters sound like a chore. My limit is getting characters to 70, getting artifacts/weapons that’ll work well enough, and THATS IT. I ain’t doing any more pass that, and the game doesn’t force you to raise your world level, you can do it whether you feel like it. Plus Abyss is extremely boring, and meta means nothing to me too. I play the game to actually enjoy it, not hate it😅

Tbf AR55 can be gotten too without spending much resin (Ive seen players that just do dailies fairly often and dont spend much daily resin), so its possible this account was doing that. But yeah, the vast majority of the playerbase is casual, and probably doesnt look up information/try to learn things about the game that dont come naturally, which is why I yapp about the games design being terrible at teaching players so often lol

Yeahhh, most if not all the information that helped me build characters was looking stuff up and asking other players and friends for some help. Aside from technically the recommendation thing they show for artifacts and talents (but that doesn’t even say anything about substats), the game doesn’t really tell you anything🫤

If you don't really care about beating the "endgame" (which doesn't even give that much primogens anyway) then yeah it's not worth to stress over stats and optimal builds, since clearing the story is supposed to be doable by anyone

My first 36* was this one (AR 59) , definitely because I built my Kazuha finally after over a year while I built my Mualani and conserved energy. I think this cycle bonus helped because it tailored to my DPS unit kits. On average I get 33*

Im ar 60 and just recently I started to get more consistent clears, that with a "good" account (and more money that I would like to admit lol), just dont push yourself, if you like abyss its fine but dont ruin your fun over it, if I get annoyed by it I just leave it not gonna lose my cool over 100 primos lol

I personally have only been able to 36 star the abyss for about 2 cycles now (mainly thanks to gaining Navia and Furina on their reruns and also having a good neuvillette team already built) and rn i'm at ar 58. We get there someday. Clearing the abyss shouldn't always be the #1 goal of an account anyways since there are just a lot of factors that play a part in a abyss clear, like having well-built units that are good to use against that specfic abyss' enemies, you could have really well built but niche characters and not be able to clear because the abyss is just not in thier favor. One example is lyney. He's a really strong pyro dps that i personally love using and deals a lot of dmg, but since he's mainly a single target dps that depends on mono pyro teams as well as the enemy being able to be infused with pyro (plus add on his charged attack gameplay which means you need a shielder or get interruption resistance and pray the enemy doesnt move around much) which leads to him not being super viable to 36 star in a lot of abyss cycles. So abyss isn't always a clear indicator of how good your account or characters are.

With them amount of content in the game, I think ar55 is still kind of a new player because it takes between 1-3 months to get there if you spend around 1-2hrs per day depending on how much progress you make everyday.

As a F2P who's been playing for more than 3 years, pulling on weapon banner is completely justified. I personally just save for a specific character and their weapon. Recently i got Mualani and her Signature. My next target is Mavuika and her signature. Kinich looks fun but as a F2P i cant realistically pull Kinich + weapon and Mavuika + weapon. I could get the characters only.....but i want a character paired with their signature 🤷‍♂️otherwise it's just not worth it for me

Try to clear the hardest chamber of the abyss first (usually last chamber but there are times it's the first one) by focusing your team on that particular chamber. If it's the last chamber then save all of your bursts in that chamber by casually clearing the previous chambers leading to it then when it's that chamber you try hard it. That's what I did to 36 star clear the abyss until I can fully clear it with little resets.

I will probably do more fixing videos on AR60 accounts to hopefully help players like you, but dont forget to try joining different communities (usually discord servers nowadays) to ask for advice on team options/strategies, and try looking up videos going over strategies for an abyss cycle regarding specific enemy mechanics too

I've taken a look at my little sister's ar 55 account before. From what I've seen of ar 55 accounts, hers included, that level usually has pretty questionable investment They're the juvenile birds of accounts :D still learning how things work! A def goblet here and there, fav xiangling, many half-built characters she only built characters she liked, leaving her with level 90 gaming and kirara, level 60-80 everyone else (including an arlecchino) it's very interesting, i think

Honestly now is probably the best time to try getting 36 stars because this abyss doesnt require specific reactions that much. Also that floor 12 is mostly single target with at most 3 enemies in one group. So unless you dont hv heavy hitters, which most fontaine dps are, you shouldnt hv a problem on the hardest floor.

A way you can check if they are f2p is checking name cards as far as BP purchases (it will tell you in the info section where the name card came from) and shop at least for that cycle if they have bought top ups and/or skins... It's not the full proof way, but a somewhat easy indicator indicator.

It's probably about a day's worth of resin, between the XP, the mora and the 2 fights for the boss materials. It's definitely not a priority, especially until you have around 10 to 15 characters decently built and can at least complete the Abyss consistently, but I wouldn't say it's pointless to do. Especially if, like the first replier said, you're doing this on character that are generally good and may use in the future like a standard banner 5 star or one of the 1.0 4star quintet (Bennett, XQ, XG, Sucrose, Fischl)

Love your account fixing videos! I just hit AR56 and I can’t clear the abyss even with good characters, I have Neuvilette, Nahida, Kazhua, Furina etc. Skill issue for sure. But it’s no big deal. I try to just play characters I like and enjoy the game. My problem always is I never have enough resin/artifacts to really get good artifacts.. But I think I have done pretty good with my account still.

Atm I raise "my" 6th Account. The hardest Part or the most not fun part is the transition from ar35 and beat all to death in seconds to ar 45+ where weekly Bosses are undefeatable. I was stupid again to go over AR 35... I mean If you have a Level 70/80 Char with a 80/90 weapons the overworld is a Walk in the park. But Azdaha... I don't really like the element shards/chunks per boss it's so low, If you want to go 90.

broski 80% of this game is gated behind ar 60. calm your tits and get your regional completions up to 100% that'd get your ass up to ar 60 REAL quick and you dont have to wait on resin and as a rando pro tip. set your materials for adding weapon exp to 2 STAR OR LOWER ONLY cause youre gonna get an ASSLOAD of copies of REALLY good 3 star weapons that until recently ive been pissin away. most of them are dogwater but look it up a few are cracked and better than most 5 stars. but keep and refine them all (except black tassle that passive sucks eggs lol and always will unless we get a BUNCH of slime only endgame sh!t and thats obviously NEVER gonna happen lmfao) cause theyre REALLY easu to rifine to max AND some of their passives are bad now but can EASILY get cracked ny new characters trust me SAVE YOUR 3 STAR WEAPONS AND REFINE THEM ALL TO MAX

A typical account of a player who doesn't do any research and doesn't know how the game mechanics work (Kuki/Neuvi not lvl90 for instance). And you don't need to know, as the overworld gameplay has no difficulty. But if you want to do end-game content, then basic research should be a no-question. You should know what gives character power (relative to eachother), you should have some kind of long-term plan of investment, how elements interact with eachother, etc.

I just reach ar 58. Ive taken long breaks throughout- started klee 2nd rerun- kazuha release and hate artifact farming. Its not like I have never farmed them but I prefer doing talants and levelling. I def have an issue pulling and then stopping building as I prefer overworld exploation and story. I didnt even try past floor 8 abyss until this past month after playing again after a 8 month break and got to floor 11-3 which I got 2 star on the last floor and floor 12 I couldnt do. I am trying to get out of the cycle but now I got raiden and sara c6 who I want to build.

I can relate to them. As someone who is also currently at AR55, my builds are bad, unlevelled characters and weapons, and pretty much no artifacts - the characters don't have the correct ones on. This video gave me motivation to hop on and try and attempt to 'fix' my own account, haha

I feel like people are starting to underrate Raiden too much lately. For that Neuvi team, Raiden is being used in place of Kuki usually and you don't need the healing since only Neuvi gonna be taking all the time and he heals anyway. And Raiden national is like easy way out for most Abyss 12.

I STRONGLY recommend having at least one good main dps of a different element. My Neuv Furina team carries hard, but abysses that have tulpa or a lot of hydro slimes *need* my other teams. Neuv + Mumani as their carries is really rough.

The AR55 thing depends a lot on the player. An experienced player, say on a second account, can probably do the Abyss at AR55. But that's because they know who and what to get and who and what to level to hit that goal. Like they'll do things like get Xingqiu and Benny from the shop. They'll build for a hyperbloom team. And they won't do what you see with this account... all those level 50 characters. That's a decent chunk of resin that could have gone into more levels, talents, and better artifacts for a select few characters. But a newer player, well, they won't be as focused, as narrow-minded in pursuit of a goal, and, honestly, they shouldn't be. It should be about trying out different characters to see which ones they get the most enjoyment out of.

I've been playing since 2.1, been ar60 for eight months by now and never 36* the abyss, mainly because I play my favourite characters and don't think too much about team comps and such, but your videos are really entertaining and have made me want to invest in easy team comps that will help me finish the abyss some day lol I've finally managed to at least survive the 12th floor, now I have to 36* it.

This feels like a pretty cut and dry case of spreading themselves too thin way too soon While I personally have a lot of characters leveled on mainly decent builds, I also didn't start doing that until I had an acceptable team to farm with (now multiple years ago) whereof I started super easy: farm noblesse to slap on bennett, fuck stats. Farm vv to slap on venti, fuck stats. Use the support from them to farm a decent set for my main dps (at the time zhongli, yeah I was on some weird shit) and use the main dps to get better vv/noblesse for bennett/venti, then use their new upgrades to make farming even easier. I know most CC will tell you to farm your dps first, but tbh vv and noblesse supports can be the best starting points as it's a significant upgrade to just get *any* 4 pc rather than focusing on specific stats for the dps, and every dps needs supports anyway. I started farming on my friend's acc (they have a decent ayaka) by immediately smacking into nahida's domain to double farm (another good idea, farm for two or more chars when possible, and use the strongbox to get pieces of a set that's not quite as worth farming ie lavawalker if you don't intend to build for its niche) because with 4pc nahida is already really good (my own personal nahida is still not fully built and still hella good just because of her em/4pc) It's taken years for my account to where it is (finally got the "artifact inventory full" message for the first time a few days ago) but I started off just as clueless as anyone else first getting into it. Tbh, the vast amount of exp new players get for barely even sneezing can make the game's difficulty curve spike considerably when they don't know how to farm efficiently for their specific account

Probably for the stats, clorinde is still good although being bond of life locked, and alhaithm sig is worth it bro. That weapon banner was really worth it, as both can be usable on my the character they pull

Hi there! Is your Dehya c0? If so she scales better off of atk than hp. Even at c1 and above I would still not recommend either of the weapons you suggested. Akoumaru is fantastic for her burst and the Natlan craftable Earth shaker is great for her skill if you only want to use that part of her kit. Hope it helps :)

The answer to that would ultimately depend in the specific team. Dehyas build options change substantially depending on that. The other commenter had good recommendations. If you want to play carry dehya then emblem is the best bet. But if you want her to provide meaningful damage from off field then its usually best to just spec her into a burgeon build realistically, but again this will depend on the team

I have cleared floor 11 and i just 6 starred theater. I think my biggest problem is, i can see the teams to use but some characters i just dont really understand HOW they should be played in the teams. Trying hard right now to get raiden. I'm ar 55 too in 3 months but i cant 36 star i have been playing since Navia rerun banner(4.8). As a dps i have Kinich and Mualani and support i have xianling bennet Kazuha Xilo xingqiu. Decently build.

Yeah, my main theory is still that its a side effect of not realizing how relevant different stats are (which can be exacerbated by seeing different content creators throwing away usable artifacts when spending 5000 resin on highly invested accounts with higher artifact standards)

I am very picky with my artifacts, mostly because my account is old, but I noticed that I wasted a lot of artifacts from the early days, I have like 2 sets of vv pieces lol, for now I dont need more and they are good, but I sometimes I feel the lack of older sets in my account for lack of planning early on

Other than for new sets I don't keep artifacts that don't have 4 line start with 3-4 lines being relevant stats in relation to what the main stat is. I get far more strongbox rerolls and save up tons of artifact xp potions. The new artifact recycle was actually kinda annoying because of how few +4s I had. When an account is old enough, you're not getting upgrades anyway if you're not getting 9 total stat rolls.

I’m AR 55 and I can complete the 11th floor of the abyss but I just don’t do anywhere near enough damage to get any stars on floor 12. Right now I’m just farming emblem for like the five characters I have that need it.😢

It took me almost like 1 more year to clear abyss, don't worry. My artifact are also trash. Hyperbloom was very useful. Building good teams matter, weapons as well.

I've been playing since genshin was first released, ar60, have a lot of 5 star charas and weapons but I only can 36 star the abyss once in a while. You will need to farm like crazy and be a meta chaser if you really want to full clear abyss. Just take your time playing the game, it's not a race.

TL;DR you may still get chosen, there are no universal criteria for me to “fix” an account. I get so many submissions to the form that I dont even review every single one individually. I use it as a sort of database for looking through to get ideas and inspiration, because when I pick out an account Id like for it to be a little bit unique in its own way. So its not a situation of me going through individual submissions and going “nah, never going to want to make a video on this account” or not. I made one fixing video on a account selected entirely at random and that was a submission from many months ago! In this case I think I looked through maybe 50ish submissions that had “f2p” included in their description of their account, and then picked out a few based on what the state of their account kinda seemed to be (in this case I chose this one because of it being AR55 and seeing the characters on their enka profile) Im not saying my process for the form is perfect or anything, but my point is that there is no specific criteria, it all depends on the individual video idea, which is also why I structured the form the way I did. Sometimes I have ideas beforehand and sometimes the submissions can give me ideas. If I had universal criteria then those criteria would be in the form itself. My apologies if thats frustrating, but it is kinda the nature of making creative content around different ideas that necessitates that. Maybe in the future I will make specific forms that ask for these specific things in the future (eg making a form just for “f2p” account submissions before making this video), but there is an issue of actually sending out that form to the people who would want it in a short time frame, vs having the universal one I currently have. Maybe as my audience grows that becomes more viable.

​@@hamletfu8491Save it all for AR 45. The lower the World level, the lower the rewards you'll get from your resin. So use your daily resin to level her up, try to identify the 2-3 characters more important for your account and focus on pre-farming for them, so they're always on par with your world level. Focus on ascension, weapon and talents materials early. As soon as you hit AR 45 dump your fragile resin on artifact domains. If the artifact you want is on a inefficient domain (like VV) farm anither efficient domain that you also need, and strongbox the less efficient one.

Talents, weapon mats, and leylines are guaranteed upgrades while artifacts aren't. Those domains are locked to certain days as well, and it can suck having to wait days to upgrade talents/weapons. It's not as exciting as getting a good artifact, but it's a very simple and straightforward approach to getting stronger with less stress.

I'm AR 59, spend 4/5 of my resin on artifact domain since AR 54. I've been trying spiral Abyss since ar 55 (usually stop at floor 11). AR 57 was my first attempt at clearing floor 12 Only 30 star clear. AR 58: consistent 33 clear. AR 59 still 33 star until two days ago i managed to 36 the abyss. My team for the first half is furina, xq, xianyun, hutao (took 1:30+) My second team is Navia, arle, Bennett, kachina (took around 1 minute) Still pretty proud of myself despite achieving it late 😤

Don't level up Tighnari. Invest in the Hydro Dragon and hyperbloom team (Nahida, Kuki, XQ). You'll be fine for a while. Get c2 XQ from Paimon shop if you can.

Honestly I realized way too late that I can not play casually if I want to see the ending of this game. I had a fairly decent account with several 5 stars, even constellations, but I had a bad habit of not farming and investing in every character I got. Needless to say, that account is pretty much not playable for me anymore and I had to start a new account. I'm not sure if this new account will be playable for me in the future given my current team (Keqing, Collei, Kazuha, and Noelle) but so far so good at AR 35 with somewhat well-built characters.
