maybe he's said this in one of his stream already but regarding the emblem changes in 14.18, isn't there not enough items for you to craft every of the non-exclusive emblems? So according to the news, the emblems that are still uncraftable includes: Arcana, Chrono, Vanguard, Blaster and Incantor.

I have to disagree with your assessment of shadow items. It wasn't the curses, it was the fact that it made BIS even more difficult, there were shadow and radiant items and it was before you had a recommended items. You took a system that had like 100 items, and made it have 300 items, and sadly if you chose the wrong one on your carry you lost. It was decision paralysis more than item has bad trait. If you made an item that said unit has 20% max life, but does 500% more damage it would be built, A LOT. If you make 100 items like that and drop them all on the community at the same time, with only 1-2 chances at making the right item for your comp your screwed. The Hecarim in this video would never build the 20% life 500% damage item I described, but Ashe might, and locking yourself into a comp or a carry type too early felt bad, furthering the decision paralysis. If you made a shadow item shop now with only 5 items like the support Anvils you would have a completely different shadow item result.

therre is a bug when I use attack power items on blasters they for example if i was to use blue buff or shojin it will give me 20 less attack power than it does magic power why is that

The attack damage is calculated as a % increase for scaling purposes and all ap is a flat increase to make champ abilities hit harder cause thet have to build up mana to cast. So blue buff giving +20% ad and 20 ap Means say the champ has 90ad and 100 ap. You will have +18 ad and +20 ap meaning you would have 108ad and 120 ap with a blue buff. Hope that helped.

Mort was Challenger in set 6.5, but he stopped climbing after Master until today because tryhard was too fatigue for him. He stays in Master elo every set.

Riot is really bad in the tournament over the past 12 seasons but it's not balanced. I met one player twice in a row in one round while there are 5 other players who are too unbalanced. Riot's biggest failure.
