I'm curious if boothill can secretly fire bullets from his hands when doing finger guns. Like a backup for emergency situations 🤔

He actually does. His left hand anyway. The cylinder in his left forearm attaches to his left hand fingergun, used in his Ultimate. That's why when he shot the IPC goon behind the bar he didn't have his gun in his hand, it was on the ground and the IPC goon was reaching for it, when Boothill shot the goon with his left fingergun.
