I'm an American Jew, Mr Okoro, and the fool who answered you probably wore a Donald Trump MAGA hat during the last presidential election. As an American I apologize to you for him. As a Jew (with white skin because of the Jews sent to Europe as slaves after the second Roman conquest in 70 CE) I greet you as a Jewish sister. FWIW Mr Okoro, 77% of American Jews voted for Biden and against Trump in 2020. My first choice was Bernie Sanders, a wonderful American Jew, but the democratic party stabbed him in the back. I'm 68. Bernie got 85% support from everyone under 35 in this country. Our democracy became an oligarchy about 40 years ago. It is lovely that Pesach is upon us. Moses freed the slaves. May we all be freed from slavery; both the external kind and the internal kind. Happy Pesach to you!!!

Dude, seriously? The good Rabbi is not a christian because he is jew. Bart Ehrman is the primary reason I fell back in love with the New Testament (in my opinion the BEST New Testament scholar, but that's just me). That's why its so gut wrenching for me that Bart lost his faith. Why would Rabbi Friedman care either way about Bart Ehrman when it is the Hebrew Bible parts of the 'Old' Testament that is his shtick?

The correct word is "Harmony," not Utopia... Harmony is balance/equilibrium. It is the product of the wrestling match between awareness and chaos. So. Imagine a triangle, vertical, within which at its base there is the primitiveness of "good" and "bad" struggling, testing, desrroying, recycling, probing, ever refining, always rising within the inclined walls or boundaries of the triangle, until the result is a infinitesimal spark at the apex. This spark is the essence of Divinity. This is Harmony, timeless, indescribable, indestructible. It is neither good nor bad, it is simply Divine.
