I remember those buckets! I always wanted them, but I don't remember if we ever got any of them. We either had the ol' brown paper grocery bag, pillow case, or later one of those standard plastic jack o' lanterns. Our trick for getting more treats was when trick or treating in our grandpa's neighborhood, we'd do a full circuit, and then hit the same houses up. They usually had so many kids go through the neighborhood, they wouldn't remember who'd already been there.

We did that trick or treat strategy for my little cousins going door to door. Way back years ago, people gave so much candy they got a pillowcase full every year! I need to find my kids little Mcdonald buckets. I've got a few.

I still have one of my 90s bucket and Book of life bucket with stickers. I prefer the 80s faces. But the empty bucket strategy is my favorite halloween trick I did every year as a kid.

My favorite MCdonalds bucket was like maybe late 90's, has a cool panoramic halloween picture scene around it and has an awesome bat lid, still use it for halloween candy to this day

We normally don't decorate until October, but I've been feeling the itch to start early too! We're probably going to do trick or treating for our kids in our house, and do lots of online fun stuff. THE BUCKETS! What a blast from the past. Thank you for all that you do

The drive in near me has been showing old movies, and for my birthday they were playing the original ghostbusters! We got a couple snacks to support the theater and brought our own popcorn and my birthday cupcake!

The 1989 Batman was the first movie I ever saw! And it was coincidentally at a DRIVE-IN! I was only a few days old though, so I obviously have no memory of it, lol. I've still got a couple of those McDonald's buckets! I also loved the plastic chicken McNugget toys they came out with in the 90s that you snapped Halloween costumes onto.

Hey Justin, my local movie theater showed a lot of '80s movies and Batman just happened to be one of them and me and my son went and watched it. first time I'd seen it on the big screen since 1989. They also showed Raiders of the Lost Ark, Ghostbusters, and Empire Strikes Back which I hadn't seen since it came out.

I remember the orange Pumpkin Bucket because that's the one I used to have and the night I got it my big brother took me through Ypsilanti, Michigan McDonald's Haunted Play Land. They had scary characters inside the Haunted Play Land like Dracula and the Wolfman and Frankein's Monster. Being a young boy I was without words but my big brother thought it was funny. Now that I look back yeah it was lol 😄💖

Even though I live in Tucson. Every year my daughter's and myself would go to Halloween Horror Nights and to Disneyland. Every single year. To get your running lights to turn off while engine is on, apply the parking brake. Turn off engine and restart, with parking brake applied Daytime Running Lights "should" be off, and will turn on when Parking Brake is released.
