When my dad died, he had a Will. When my mom died, she did not. I didn't have to go through probate for either one of them. It's all mine now. The reason you can only find this small amount about Cestui Que Vie is because it's in the private. This link you have is public knowledge. They're not going to show you all of the other people. Why? Because they don't want people knowing it exist. When you go to court, they shut down the court for you and you are in private. There are no people in the court room except you, the judge, and maybe 2 other people. You don't have an attorney with you and if you do that attorney only says what you tell him to say. Now some people do go in there and start doing it with other people in the courtroom but when that happens, they stop and move to private, or they act as if they know nothing of what you are speaking about. Step 1. you authenticate you birth certificate at the state and federal level. Then you go from there. Step 2. Fill out the paperwork at the U.S. Treasury to say that you are not a minor anymore and you want to take over you Trust instead of the government doing it for you because they have been stealing from you since the day you were born. Next, do a name change. Change your all caps to the regular way we all right our name (Why do you think your bills and stuff come in Upper case letters. 4th Step. Get ordained. It's easy and simple. There is a lot of paperwork. This is not all of the steps. I was just wanting to know if there was a quicker and easier way to do this process. I have friends who are already beneficiaries of their own TRUST (most went through Fidelity to do it). They get their bills discharged every month. They buy a brand-new car every year. Their house was gifted to them. It usually takes 2 years for them to get their money, the physical money but they start discharging stuff and buying things after they authenticate their birth certificate. They do have business, but they do not pay any taxes. They don't pay the IRS and it is all legal because they are not under the poor people's system anymore, they are under the rich people's system where you own nothing, but your TRUST does, but are a part of the 1% (rich people). So again, all of this to say I was just wanting to know if there is a quicker way to do this. Do you start buying rental properties under your name, then start your LLC, then start that TRUST where it owns everything or what? O and all this have to do with your Social Security #. It is your Account Number with your TRUST through the Treasury along with the stock market because all of us are traded on the stock market will at least our Social Security Number.

Two reasons in this case: 1) It's because legislatures have a hard enough time getting new things done in any kind of political landscape, so deleting "old" laws becomes a whole political thing in itself which is not necessary since the new legislation just supercedes and cancels out the old without having to specifically delete it. 2) U.S. legislatures can't rescind laws created by other countries and can only opt to not follow them, or, in this case, supercede it with legislation of its own.

The very first trust was with Pope Nicholas, he claimed all property, etc. The reason why I feel they haven't repealed it is because they are benefitting from everyone's trust. 100%! In 1694, King William started all this. Well, actually, the great 1666 fire started this by creating the City of London. Later, after King Will went bankrupt, they crafted the first central bank-the Bank of England. In order for king William to be able to borrow this money (£2 billion) and put up some security, he had to have something to offer as collateral. He realised he could use the C’estui Que Vie trusts (strawman trusts) to define every living English man/woman and child as a trust entity with all of the issues around that trust, but essentially pledging the labour of his people for their living lives. I agree with all this stuff but everyone who has ever tried to access their trust to get money from it has wound up in jail. Because although these legal creations exist, what they fail to account for is the rampant corruption in the legal system which will never allow anyone to access the money which may technically be theirs for filing the paperwork correctly.

That's where I'm having the biggest trouble believing these trusts are real. When I hear people complain that lawyers are "in on the cover up," it's very hard to believe there are *no* attorneys exposing these supposed gold mines to enrich themselves. I know I've never gotten a payoff check.

Hahaha if the new laws supersede the old law of 1666, why wasn’t the old law repealed and made redundant? I’ll wait for your answer. Secondly, the devolved governments such as English Parliament and Great Britain Parliament laws actually supersede the current UK government because the old governments simply delegated their powers to the current government which makes the current government an agent and must abide by the laws of the old governments hence why they’re not repealed. You need to understand the delegation of authority doctrine. Lastly, acts/statutes are made for legal fictions to govern how they manage public affairs. Acts/statutes are not for living men and women but I guess they didn’t teach you that in law school. A side note for you: it is a fact that all governments, corporations etc are bankrupt and these legal fictions are credited by living men and women which is why a central bank can only issue PROMISSORY NOTE which in banking terms is a debt instrument given by a debtor to the creditor. What you need to realise is that the way the entire system is set up is to make sure only men and women that are cognisant of what’s fact and fiction can actually benefit from the system. People like you will always be lost at sea because you still can’t tell the difference between fact and fiction. No fictional entity can actually afford to pay men and women factual money for their labour. The law dictionaries will tell you that MONEY is gold, silver, copper and other factual commodity. Promissory note is not money because it is an evidence of debt. Hope, this was logical, rational and lawful enough for your brain to comprehend ⚡️. PS: Those who know what they are doing go into court to enforce their rights to factual money which is actually on deposit with the government and its agents as the fiduciary to the people. So, yes we all have damn near unlimited credit and you can access it if you can articulate it to the judge/chancellor of a Chancery division of the court. Only the high court can deal with equity matters like this but most people don’t read and don’t get far. Equity does not give a rat ass about legalities because legalities is based on none factual premises, in order words legality is fiction and he who holds a legal title is the debtor. Intelligent people go after equitable title.

To avoid probate, a trust would have to be set up in advance with assets titled in the name of the trust. At its core, probate is nothing more than a retitling process, so you can set up a trust, be the trustee and beneficiary, and it will avoid probate. Dying without any plan has your assets go through probate and state law determines who your beneficiaries are. Dying with a Will still has your estate go through probate but at least you choose who the beneficiaries are.

According to the ACT that I read he mentions, it states plainly that you are the beneficiary of said trust not the owner. You can't both be the trustee and the beneficiary it's a conflict. This is why you name a beneficiary in a life insurance policy because you're dead you could can't receive any benefits if you're not alive so you have to name someone living to benefit from your passing. The subtlety in what he's talking about is the fact everyone wrongfully claims ownership instead of naming themselves the beneficiary.
