Talking about the council tax when you’re on benefits or on your pension if you do not pay the council tax they ask pension credit benefit office where you receive your pittance every week to stop the money out of your weekly allowance so you can never get away for not paying it what do you suggest Richard because they win both ways you say no they apply to the benefits system to have it taken from your weekly allowance which is pittance😡😡😡💯💯🙏❤️

It's a nice idea and people make it sound possible, but I have followed this years ago and when I saw actual video taken of someone trying to do what Vobes is saying in this video, the court essentially threw the man out and conjourned. What I'm saying is this, there may be a way to do this, but it certainly isn't simple and the system is ready for anyone who tries and doesn't have everything tied up ready to go. This is what used to be called the freeman on the land movement and to me it always seemed like a really quick way to get your house taken off you. I think there are missing pieces to the puzzle. There is also a way to look at the various bank accounts in your legal fiction's name, but what you do from there is unbeknownst to me...

Richard I was in the public gallery of Westminster magistrates court in 2019 when a Man called David Noakes was resisting an extradition order to France for an alleged crime he had already served a sentence for in the Uk. He introduced himself as a living person under the terms of Magna Carta, the magistrate simply ignored his pleas. I believe I witnessed that day a gross miscarriage of justice, two weeks later he was extradited to France and held without trial. We need to return to common law in this country where everyone is considered equal and cannot be tried and convicted for the same offence twice.

​@@scienceevolves4417 you don't need to access it directly. You can discharge your debts against it. Cancel all direct debits, and ask to be be billed. Any company, such as a utility company will send you a statement, which is a record of what is due and what has been paid. On the pay slip at the bottom write approved for payment, sign it and send it back to them. When they contact you about payment ask them for a True bill, which shows only what is due, and say when you recieve it I'll happily pay. ALL these companies have access to the trust fund and have already taken their cut. Then to maintain the illusion they send you a statement and expect you to pay them again. Its called double dipping. Thats why you ask them for true bill, they can't send one because nothing is owed. Under the Bills of Exchange act, payment tendered is payment made. I have done this with the tax man. They didn't like it, threatened court but I stood my ground and told them to take me to court, but that I had copies of the payment I sent them. 😅😅 I then got a begging letter from them which still makes me laugh even today, along the lines of please pay us as services have to be paid for and roads fixed etc.... The trouble is, with everything in finance, that money is only imaginary and existent only with confidence. If we as a people were to withdraw that non existent money all at once the system would fail completely. No one will allow us to make to happen no matter the truth of it. The "trust fund" is based upon the tax money the government can expect from the life of an average citizen. We are all judged equal in this regard even when clearly we are not all equal. This monetary forecast sets the borrowing rate and amount for the government de jour. This is why you see mass immigration because the government is nearly bankrupt through inept spending and the only way to offset the borrowing is to increase the collateral. You do this by making the population more productive and if that fails, import millions of extra birth certificates because in the eyes of the organisations that lend the money to the government, we are all equally capable of paying the same amount in tax throughout our lifetimes. As you can imagine there is a difference between a doctor we import and a sickly person who will require lifelong benefits. This is where sovereign debt comes from and begs the question who among the bankers and politicians thinks this to be a sustainable system? Surely it will all end with the banks foreclosing on the sovereign debt and we will be left owning nothing, eating bugs, living in skips and being happy about it too.

20 odd years ago I was told a very similar story by a Prince from overseas !! He also said that the treasury each year holds a fund for each individual in case the whole country was to become unemployed by whatever reason . Even after 3 years of controlling, they still dont see! Very saddening. I work in the psych ward. And I see that the rate of patients admitted with deliriums incresing radicly the last year! Theese are people with no previous psych history. The doctors are baffled and dabble in diagnosis, varing from brain infections to psychosis unknown origin. This only means one thing. They dont know! If I am correct you have to make a declaration in writing to the Registrar where your parent signed your birth, to say you are a living man and claim the legal rights to your trust fund! The only security the government has to put against all of its borrowing is the collective value of the trust funds of all of the population! So these trust funds are very real and legally available to those who are prepared to fight for them, and we do have to fight against the corrupt system to gain access to them!
