Don't let anyone discourage you from making these videos. You've taken time to learn the difference between authentic jerseys and knockoffs. I did the same thing for my Carolina Panthers Jerseys. Pass the knowledge so consumers know what to look for and don't get ripped off. I don't mind good knock offs for cheap, but don't try and sell me a knock off as authentic. Knowledge is power people, protect yourselves. Great video

i collect and i got tons of fakes and i love them. Most of them look exactly the same and i pay 20 bucks a pop. Majestic needs to stop charging fans 200 bucks for a jersey in my opinion.

I hear ya on the price of Authentics.. But buying fakes isnt a way of showing Majestic that your upset.. Its hurtting the little guy out there that has a shop with non-fake jerseys.. Starving cause of the chines knockoffs.. And you may think they look like the real deal.. But i can spot you a mile away at the Game, on the street, at the store, you name it.. Fakes are gross... In my opinion.. Even if your paying 20$ your still paying to much.. But to each their own.. If you are willingly buying them.. At least you know what your getting.. As a Braves fan I HATE seeing the fake jerseys at Turner Field. No fakes look worse than the Braves. China's attempt at replicating the Tomahawk under the "Atlanta" or "Braves" script is absolutely horrendous. But, when you see an authentic you know it because the stitching is beyond perfection!

HomeTownFitteds I just wanted to give you and everyone else the warning that officialmlbonline.com is complete garbage. I received only two out of the three jerseys I ordered. This site and the jerseys are 100% pure fake. The two jerseys that I actually received were stained, the stitching was extremely sloppy and get this...the Majestic authentic patches on the jersey were plastic and looked like they were stapled on. Even though the site says that these jerseys are "Made In America" it is absolutely not true. There was not even a tag that said "Made in the U.S.A. anywhere. And the MLB logo on the back of the neck collar was that terrible knock-off with the stitching coming down off the ball in the logo. The package arrived to me from Shanghai. Dude, I need to send you pictures of this mess I received. It just makes me want to vomit. I don't know if there is a way to get my money back or if there is a process to take to turn in this fake fake fake website. Everyone stay away!!

Great job helping people. Great video. One thing about the neck tags though. 99% of the time they will be on the sleeve on authentics. I have had cool base authentics come straight from MLB Shop and Majestic with the tags on the neck though. It isnt very often but it does happen.

I was told that the replica jerseys from Majestic come with tags on the neck.. They hang from the wash tag.. its pro jerseys that hang from the arm.. ie Cool Base pro, and Authentic Pro.. Ill make a quick vid today explaning that

I got the Correa one, i forget if I mentioned that or not. It passes everything that you compare in thid video. for the most part. The inside tag sayd usa, but no (.), it's flex base. The authentic/majestic tags are on the neck area. There is no excess fabric on the inside, The mlb shield is not stitched on. The majestic logo doesent have anything coming underneath it. And the majestic tag on the bottom front is heat pressed. I got it from mlbshop(fanatics). I know they are all different , I dont know if its just they change how some are made from year to year.

The Jeter 3000 Jeter i received from MLB is a Replica . the 1 with the tags on the neck,I wounder if MLB does that puts the tags on the arms for the on field Jersey's & for replicas on the neck. But that jersey i have has no nasty over layers on it. Well they both are Authentic and what the pros wear.. But the Cool Base are a lot thinner and lighter then the Other Authentic Jerseys.. For Example my Blue Jays Jerseys are thick and heavy, and that Mets Jersey is So light and a lot better to wear on hot days! I hope I was able to answer the question you had..

I've been watching ur videos as well. Very helpful. I recently came across a Older on field majestic Chris Carpenter Jersey on eBay. Tags where on the correct sleeve, great stitching, MLB logo on back of Jersey looked correct with no stitching running into the ball, and the majestic tag at the bottom front of the Jersey had the word collector in the gray (not yellow) color. what I'm asking is there by any chance the China fakes have ever had tags on the correct sleeve or correct colors on everything?

Hey so i actually have a jersey i bought at citizens bank park. Everything you said is spot on except the inner tag says USA not U.S.A. And i still have the tags on it from when I purchased it. Additionally the newer jerseys aka Bryce Harper ive purchased from fanatics/mlb shop also say USA not U.S.A. Have receipts to show purchased from fanatics and mlb shop.

I love your video, helped out a lot, but have you ever seen "super fakes" as in they are so identical to the authentic cool base jersey that you can't tell the difference between the real and the fakes, or is it that all fakes poorly made. There's one on eBay that I saw that looks really legit I mean it had well-made team patches, a screen printed authentic collection tag, mlb shield with no white string on the ball, the only thing was the placement of the sales tags which were on the collar, not not the sleeve, but the tags included the "authentic collection" tag with hologram and MasterCard ad on the back of it... what do you think, would be awesome to hear your opinion.

Twice, I have gone into my local Modell's Sporting goods, and seen fake jerseys for sale in the store. My guess as to what happened, is that someone bought one real jersey from the store, and one fake from online, and then used the receipt from the real purchase to return the fake jersey to the store, and they put it back on the shelves. I tried to tell an associate about it and they could not tell the difference, despite a real and fake being right next to each other, it was astounding. I am the same way as you, I hate fake jerseys, although I dont mind NFL fakes quite as much, but they can aslo be pretty bad

Thats crazy if that happend!! I could see people doing that though wowow!!! And the sad part is the store took it back and didnt even notice! To me its nit even about the quality of the fake jerseys.. Its the thought that its fake and they are just taking money from you and others.. Including the guy in a small town with a jersey shop trying to sell the good stuff to fans, and put food on his table.. Thats what its about..

Have you ever tried to count the number of fake Jays jerseys that are worn around the dome? I usually count at least 20 before I even get inside. The previous generation of Jays jerseys are easy to pick out because of the bubbling letters that have an incorrect size & colour. The newer fake jerseys share the same problems, but the Cool Base jock tag sewn onto the front is a giveaway. Like you said, they shouldn't be sewn. Also, Majestic hasn't released a Cool Base version of the new jersey.
