bro let me put u on game… work on those tib raises and stretch after every workout (regardless of what day it is). i went from tweaking or spraining my ankle every other hoop session to not having a single injury in the last 4 months. this is after coming off of a grade 3 sprain too. although braces help as well

Dissapointed with the Midsole. Its the same as the Luka 1....Nike is trying to profit from the name of big players while being too greedy to put a 2 dollar zoom unit in the heel and maybe a turbo in the front. Thats NOT a over 100 bucks shoe.

With the teardown you can see that the zoom unit is the same size as the Flytrap 5 or 6...but maybe more density/psi. Also you get a better foal midsole than the $95 Flytraps but the flytraps are minimal when it comes to impact protection..

This is a fantastic shoe…one of my favourites in the last 10 years..love the reinforced leather and the mesh material is amazing…way better than flyknit or others…the one knock is the grip, its not good. If they had the grip of the cuts 2, then i could honestly say it would be my favourite shoe ever. I also love that it is not narrow like the cuts 2…that drives me and other players nuts how nike makes some shoes very narrow in the forefoot

Yeahhhh… it is a pretty cheap shoe but as he said in the video the synthetic leather on the toe box might get scuffed bad, I would recommend getting like a Kyrie from an outlet for outdoor and save these for indoor, it’s up to you though 👍

For sure, the same way "Zoom" can be very vague and variable, so can Phylon. Some phylon is stiff or just unremarkable, but others are more dynamic and feel pretty nice. Jordan WhyNotZero.3 for example and I guess the AJ29, too. Also maybe you agree with this, do you think Nike is gearing its hoops lineup toward casual use? At first I thought they were just satiating the "WE MISS KOBES" crowd but it's more than that. LBJ20 and KD15, sure, they are Kobe-esque, but the broader trend across those, the JA1, PG6 and ZF4 is that they are all light, minimal material, low top shoes that are really strong for casual use, something that couldn't be said about LeBron 19, GT Jump etc.

the LeBron 20s are insanely comfortable and have great arch support. I overpronate as well, and I noticed when trying on shoes, test heel-to-toe transition and make sure when the big toe touches the ground the difference in height from the heel isn't substantial... this was happening to me in the Dame 8s and I had to stop using them as it made my foot pronate inwards too much, even with an orthotic it was killing my foot/knee.
