Set the wall out wrong still haven’t you? You added 100mm instead of taking the 100mm off for measuring from the back of the block?

The measurent should be from the front so you add 100mm from the back, pretty sure that's right

are your damp trays the wrong side of the insulation? All you are doing surely is bridging the cavity at the top of the tray? Been laying bricks 40 years and always put dpc trays to the internal skin?
