First EPICA song with a sax. The guest is Jorgen Munkeby from the Norwegian band ,Shining. First single from the EPICA EP, The Alchemy Project released last year. 7 songs of collaborations. The song was debuted at their 20th anniversary concert last year in The Netherlands, and streamed online. The video footage you see is from that show. I was at epica's 20th anniversary where they played this song for the first time and I thought it was great, what band does something like that, that sax in the mix, it's new and refreshing, love it, I think you will also like this song, epica feat fleshgod apocalypse is a heavy song and great drums and great solo! 🖤

Different sound from EPICA yes Jynger? Their latest, an EP of 7 songs (The Alchemy Project), that are all collab songs that encompass quite a number of great artists. This one is my second fav from this very creative album…The Miner with three other famous musicians is my fav. As others may have shared this is here a song and there are spectacular 20th anniversary concert in Tilberg last year. A dark subject matter in this song for sure. And again yes appreciating all the musicians in Epica which are all at the top of their game Arien the percussionist is one of the best power drummers out there having his roots in death core.

WOW, another Epica epic song,I have always loved the sax in Rock music but don't see much of it in heavy rock. Another Epica song that you have introduced me to Jynger.
