Reminds me of when my psycho boss was being investigated by her higher ups.Each employee under psycho was being called in to a private room with her superiors to answer questions regarding psycho.We had only been notified that we were being called in by the tops dogs that morning for later that day so we all knew what was up when psycho was acting so kind and compassionate towards us the entire day lol;she was shitting her pants! My name gets called over the PA.I start walking to the area to meet up with the topdog for a private interview.Psycho and topdog are conversing while sharing a cigarette together and psycho looks at both of us and makes a stupid joke.Both topdog and I pretend to laugh, then psycho immediately gets serious and infront of topdog,to me states have I ever yelled at you or anyone else or have I ever done this to you or said that...??? Like yeh right and I am going to be truthful ??!! In front of the psycho who I am afraid of or what she could do to my career??!! I lied and said no you've never done this to us or that...but top dog knew just how inappropriate this action was and after studying my facial cues looked over to psycho and said it's inappropriate for you to be asking this of her at this time. I am then guided to a private room with only top dog whom had now assured me that regardless of what I say I am not at risk for losing my position.He begins asking me about my bosses behaviors and I answer honestly about what myself and all other staff had endured on a daily basis. Psycho gets canned that day😂 and our workplace was 😊 after that! The reason I've said this story reminds me of my situation is because all of Meghan's staff take her abuse for the paycheque so it's not too hard to see why they lied to the public claiming she's a great boss...just as I did in front of my abusive boss! It's a no brainer why...... to keep their jobs...dah!!! As we are already aware TOW believes she's superior to all; that her staff are weak and stupid (because they take her abuse) she's fully aware they have no balls and need their jobs! Meghan knows none of her current staff will say anything but kind words regarding her. Also TOW thinks we are just as stupid to believe them 😂! Tow..,..getting her staff to publicly defend her proves once again just how emotionally stunted, manipulative she is as well as her severe lack of intelligence 😂! Her means of defence is Ludacris,childish and so astoundingly transparent to the world😂😂! The same goes for staff who left Archwell due to her abuse,they most likely used some bullshit excuse like my family is relocating to Mars and I must resign;doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that they are fully aware Meg.would set out to ruin their career if they quit on bad terms. We know the horrible references Meg would threaten them with.Her staff worked with her daily,they know just how evil and deranged she is!Truly this action of her staff defending her publicly is like a kid walking into a school and telling the principle my dad diddled me,school calls the cops and the cops call the parents in and all altogether ask the child to tell the parents what the child had just told them.....that kids going to keep their shut mouth shut,the child knows they will be going home with the parents tonight 😂😂Like Meghan has got to be the worst schemer out there; she thinks we are all like Harry 😂! The second this article came out Meg started scheming and making notes such as .....Buy staff member Carol her favorite chocolates on Monday. Tuesday- buy Mike tickets to see his favorite band. Wednesday-buy Patty's new puppy a fake gold doggy collar. Thursday call the reporter I gave a jar of jam and hummer to ...he owes me! By Friday call a staff meeting alerting them of a reporter coming in and will be asking each of them confidentially what kind of boss I am. Friday's speal to staff before reporter arrives; I want you to all be honest even if it's not nice about me k ,I'm being serious and besides it could help me see areas that I could work on because you all know the number one thing the most important thing I want to build here at Archwell MY COMPANY is a family...we are all family here,you are all the family I have so if there's anything I can do to make your work place happier I'd appreciate your concerns. LMFO!!!!😂😂😂Meanwhile the staff are all smiles but their inside thoughts are OMG she is more f*c*Ed in the head then we thought possible!!!! But the staff lie to the public,some thankfully are able to quit down the road but still stick to there stories because Meg writes them an amazing work reference however she refuses to hand it over to them until they sign a no disclosure of what went on inside the Archwell Looneybin😂
