Unfortunately for MM and Harry, they call cyber bullying, people calling them out for the actual lies they have told. In the Netflix series again there are provable lies and fabrications of a car chase when none is happening, like the claim they were chased in NY city with the mayor and others have said didn't occur. Really after the book spare and Omid Scobie's second book, one has to ask if they actually live in reality or delusion. Sadly MM & Harry's fans, "The Sussex Squad" do actually bully other people. They have bullied William and Kate. As to MM getting suddenly still when confronted on suicidal ideology, we really don't know if for MM this again was fabrication or truth. Not to say giving other parents such "advice" is extremely questionable in my eyes. That's why they should withdraw from precisely this topic. Because what they are doing is doing more harm than raising awareness of such an important and sensitive issue. Because of my illness, I can put myself in the shoes of both sides. When I look into the eyes of these parents, it almost breaks my heart, especially as a mother! These parents should not be presented like this! This sadness should not be capitalized on! We had just celebrated the three year anniversary of our transplant. I was her donor, she had AML and we were literally one and the same, I had donated my stem cells, which meant we shared the exact same DNA after that. I feel like I lost a part of myself the day I lost her. I can’t begin to imagine how my mom feels. This whole interview quite literally disgusts me and it feels like they just needed a new reason to be back in the spotlight so they chose a topic that everybody can agree upon because it’s absolutely tragic. In my personal opinion it completely backfired. Also, Harry looks like a battered husband the way he flinches around his wife, and she has crazy control issues. HERE ARE SOME COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY KNOW THEM: Ben Browning, their former head of content, left shortly after the release of their Netflix documentary, which dropped in December 2022. He said his experience "was positive and supportive," adding, "we all continue to be friends. The narratives we've seen suggesting the contrary are untrue." Catherine St-Laurent, a former chief of staff from the early days of Archewell, said she "remained close" to the couple and added: "The time I spent working with Prince Harry and Meghan was incredibly meaningful to me." Meanwhile Mandana Dayani, the former president and chief operating officer, said: "Some of my favorite memories were during our weekly meetings in their Montecito home, where Meghan always served the most incredible lunches, snacks and her latest beautiful concoction."

Isn’t the whole point prevention? I mean, a survivor would have some relevance to this. Most people that have gone through with it…They probably had a baseline off the norm, too. Mixing traumatic emotions with not feeling seen or understood. Hopefully you understand what I’m trying to say. I understand that the parents need support, but I thought this whole thing was about prevention

I am someone who does not like Megan's manner of communication. It does come off as disingenuous to me. Also, I think the problem with smiling while talking about a heavy subject like self-harm is that it comes off as pity. Pity feels condescending. People in general don't want someone's pity. We want understanding and compassion.

Facts. I truly believe the interviewer had a script of how they wanted the question to be asked (note that she is holding Harry's hand, note the distress make it known Meg is uncomfortable ect) and as a way to call them out on the fake " we are so thrown off" bs, she recited the question exactly as it was scripted which is why it didn't make any sense!

Exactly you can use the parental controls when you have young tweens and even teenagers. Just like the schools do when students are on the internet. The worst cyber bullying that has occurred in the last few years has been from the fans of these two. If this couple were honestly concerned about cyber bullying they could speak out and chide their fans for their vile language and behaviour. All they care about is shutting down criticism of their own behaviour. Furthermore, as I understand it, several of the parents involved in this "venture" lost children to drug use, not cyber bullying, which is devastating but not relevant to the point being made. It's so fake and hypocritical, and that is the major reason why the public has reacted to this interview in the way it has. They use the pain of others to advance their publicity. Utterly selfish and wrong.
@jodityler87995 ай бұрын
Exactly!! And they’re also using the pain of others as a way to try and get their critics to stop making negative comments about them because she has “also suffered soooo much.” Bottom line is her disorder prevents her from having any true empathy for anyone, and this is a great vehicle to use to whine and demand pity. She’s not interested in actually making a difference unless it serves her own purposes

A person who has ever been suicidal will never laugh or smile when talking about the darkest time of their life. Never, not even when they have survived it. To me, M comes across as a narcissist. She admires herself for the fact that people buy her story and therefore smiles.
@mahelaniarektbb5 ай бұрын
While I don't find Meghan genuine, I def disagree that no one who has been suicidal will laugh or smile about it. Humor is one of the biggest coping mechanisms to depression and trauma. I have survived it, still struggle with it, and find it very hard to talk about something so serious so I have to joke about it (and therapists don't love it but I have to). "Never" statements usually don't work.

@ry.butterfly5 ай бұрын
@airkami taking the easy road is how kids end up with tablets in the first place. If you just don't do it you save yourself and your child from a lot of negative things. There is no true benefit of a child having access to social media at all or the internet without supervision. There are books, arts and crafts, movies and shows, games, nature based activities, tactile toys and puzzles, all manner of wonderful things. Children do not need phones. They don't need to be "like everybody else in their class" (that is to say if you are not fortunate enough to be able to pursue home schooling or schools where phones are not allowed in the classroom) to be happy. Popularity and fitting in are not the key to happiness.
