What makes me soooo mad, is that I still see these threats everywhere and people talking about Tae’s grandmother! It makes me sick to my stomach that they still call him and even her names! These boys don’t deserve any of these names. They’ve been through so much and are still going through so much. I just wish true ARMY could take the pain and hatred away. They’ve worked so hard to get where they are today. I’m truly proud of these boys and how far they’ve come. I will continue to support them through thick and thin. If anyone talks about them, I will be one of the first ones to protect them. These boys have feeling too.

This is very true. I’ve studied abroad in Korea and I lived in Seoul for a little while. Most 20 something year old Koreans listen to K-hip hop, rap, K-indie, Korean rock, etc but they know BTS. Korean locals like BTS but it’s other Kpop fans who give them a hard time.

They wanted to get rid of BTS because the Big 3 was investing so much money in to their own acts and it was obvious in the beginning that BTS was the most talented coming up. They did everything they could to stop BTS and BTS couldn't really fight back because they didn't have the money to do so. BTS did fight back in their lyrics. The Big 3 controlled the entertainment business in Korea and they had the power to cancel BTS performances. It was not good.

those companies should be careful. Their actions could very well backfire. I know for myself, I won't even stream 1 other group besides Bts because of what those companies did/are doing. Subsequently, their groups will not benefit from views. imagine if this happened on a larger scale? If they can't hold themselves accountable, wouldn't it be ironic if ALL the fans stood up and told them to smarten up?
@jungkooksgengar
@jungkooksgengar 4 жыл бұрын
@@TheTwil1 Those companies didn't have to be careful. SMs ceo was charged for embezzlement but since he had connections to the president he was pardoned. The big 3 has so many connections that they can literally do what they want and someone powerful will be there to cover for them. Just like how YG artists are involved in so many scandals but their artists get off relatively scot-free. While people like Jungkook who had a minor car accident was blasted all over the media. I mean YG doesn't even try to hide that their attacks and smear attempts on BTS. Their producers, family members, reporters, photography friends, etc all attacked BTS... they aren't even trying to hide it. BTS was and still is a victim of classism. That is why ARMY grew into the loud and extremely protective fandom they are today. we know if we are ever quiet, they will eat them alive. Our voice protects them. BTS brings more money into Korea than the kpop industry but several media companies and entertainment companies are doing everything they can to tear BTS down. They have always seen them as a threat bc BTS completely disregarded their hold on the industry. They did not play by their rules and that frightened them. seeing where BTS is today they were right to be frightened. BTS is seen by many of those companies, and kpop stans, as a threat to kpop as a whole. THey showed they do not have to play by their rules to succeed. its interesting that after BTS completely destroyed the big3s hold on awards... groups from smaller companies started to rise above big3 groups. lol they hate BTS for that. they even boycott shows that do not give the awards to their artists, petty mfs

I was especially triggered when Taehyung bared his heart out onto stage and they mocked him and his dead grandma. You must be a special kind of trash to do something like that. Every time I hear stories like this I get so shocked that a human being can do that to another person. What even is humanity at this point? To all the Army who stood up for them back then... in my humble opinion: 1) "mysoginistic" lyrics - War of the Hormones. in case the picture in my profile does not give away it a way, i'm a woman. i am a single mom. i have read that lyrics - with or without the music - and i honestly do not agree with their findings. tbh, i initially thought the lines were more controlled by their raging hormones - hence the title. i just thought they were boys who were either transitioning or have moved on to the phase where they discover girls interesting. whatever. 2) death threats. seriously. do these people not have a life? what exactly have bangtan done thatvtheyvare so invested in them to the point that they want to kill them? cause this is not just something that happened before. Tae still has that hanging threat that someone will kill him on his bday... on his bday?!?!! jeez, these people need a truck load of chill pill or something... 3) bigbang's loser. since these are haters we are talking about, i guess they missed the episode in bangtan tv where the guys were goofing and singing bigbang songs... Jungkook was inspired to be a singer/rapper by GD, aside from joon. Also, pay attention to the timeline. back when the boys were starting Bigbang was among the top, if not the top, groups at the time. maybe they did not also see bts enjoying themselves when bigbang was on stage performing... 4) BigHit. i am not as emersed in the kpop world truth be told. since kpop blew up here where i am from, i have been a fan or only 3 groups. Bigbang, 2ne1 and BTS. I was not an army back when they were starting because bigbang and 2ne1 were the only ones i listen to. i listen to other groups when they are on the radio but i do not go out of my way to look for them like i do with that 3 groups. but that is not the point i want to make. going back, i want to say I am extremely amazed that big hit took care of the boys. most of the time, when groups starts to get into problems that may have affected the company's rep, they drop the artist or they disband the group. i know big hit being small back then, and having only bts as their money-making group, they have to take care of them. that's beside the point. i appreciate that amidst the controversies that bangtan have gone through, they struck by each other's side. I like that they had bangtan's back. i take it as a blessing that the boys were with a small company and not one of the big 3. 5) a lot of stupid peeps are intimidated by greatness. BTS were monster rookies. even when they were starting, their talent is undeniable. unless you are blind or just in denial. i mean, you have seen their concept trailers right? see the on going theme they in the bangtan universe? who else can you think of - old or new group - that steadily incorporates philosophy in their song, let alone create an entire album around it? they are going through a journey and they have taken their listeners with them throught their lyrics. it is why people are so moved by their songs. but again, when you go against the norm, haters will show themselves... i like to think that they just jealous of the artistic freedom bangtan has that their idols do not have, jealous of the creative talent pool that bangtan has that their idola do not have... i mean how many other groups have all members writing lyrics, 3 producers (or 4 with kookie) in the group, can have their rap line sing and vocal line rap, are blessed by the dance gods, have a worldwide handsome member and have the top 5 (i believe top 5 but correct me if i am wrong) of the 100 handsome faces of 2019? 6) feet firmly planted in the ground. their humility speaks for them and their character. i could probably still go on but i am tired of typing through my phone. and i want to watch more vids before i have to sleep. anyway, i enjoyed your reaction as always! happy holidays to you and your family...

I'm 39 and female and I never thought the lyrics for War of Hormones was misogynistic and I think it speaks volumes that when they got criticism for War of Hormones they actually adjusted the lyrics when the performed it live then stopped performing it. After that they wrote 21st Century girls partly as an apology but also to show how strong they feel women are and to try to give them a song that was empowering to women. My 10yr old son also really loves BTS' music, in fact his favorite person in the group is Hobi with Yoongi being his second favorite and the all of the others being his 3rd favorite. He was about 6 to 7yrs old when my best friend (he is 5yrs old than I am) showed me the Dope MV then the Fire MV. My son sat with me and watched both MVs and he loved the music. I remember him telling me that Hobi was his favorite and so was Yoongi but that we have to love all of the members of BTS because they are a family and it is not ok to leave even one of them out. He was so serious about it, and wanted me to know that they all needed to be supported and loved by ARMY. Those seven men are men that I am glad my son looks up to because they are honestly amazing and wonderful men who are such good role models. They show just how much they care about their fans, about people in general, and their actions show how much they want to make the world a better place and I feel like that is a perfect message for my son to see and to grow up with.

You didn't noticed the song that was played at the end of the video, it's called “2!3!” and it’s a really touching song because it was BTS' promise to the ARMYs. BTS had written/produced that song dedicated for the ARMYs as the first official fan song. Before that song was released on 2016 there was a long period of time when BTS and ARMYs were receiving so much hardships and hate from other people. ARMYs kept on counter attacking those hates while BTS are defending the ARMYs. The amount of hate that BTS are receiving compared to other groups are ridiculous. Up until now, the question "what has BTS done to deserve all those hates?" still lingers on us. They've always been very humble, down to earth and respectful towards others. It's so unfair why people have to hate them and try to ruin their career. It was so hard at that time, then the song came out on OCTOBER 10, 2016 (track #14) and it made us all cry. BTS knew that as they went through every hardships along their journey, the ARMYs are going through the same and yet the ARMYs still believe in them and fight for them no matter what. It's like BTS is telling us that it sucks that we really can't walk on a perfect path without struggles and without receiving hates from other people but still everything will be okay as long as we are together walking at the same path and never stop believing in each other. I remember, after that BTS went live and they said that no matter what happens, we have to protect each other always. They usually perform that song at the encore part of their concerts, they let the fans sing with them and as the music ends the fans continue to sing without the music and that's one of the most beautiful parts of their concerts. BTS had already released a bunch of fan songs for the ARMY (like Magic Shop, Pied Piper, Love Myself, etc.) but "2!3!" will always be that song that holds a special place in our hearts that no other song can replace.💜 And yes, BTS/BIGHIT/ARMY is a family. We got each other's back, protect, defend, support each other and make each other happy and proud.💜 Please react to “2!3!” By BTS (lyric video) And the “2!3! LIVE-PURPLE OCEAN PROJECT” 😊

Niko asked why haters have to work so hard to bring bts down. Because the kpop industry is controlled by the so called big 3. And fans of existing top groups doesnt like their group being dethroned from the top spot. It has to be said that Army receive a lot of hate too but Army fandom isnt like any other, we grew as the boys grew through their thick & thin, bts taught us to love ourselves & we are now a force to be reckoned with.

Absolutely and no other current kpop group has such a diverse fan base in age, gender and nationality (I'm over 50, queer and German :D ). Old School DBSK was close in fandom but their company destroyed them and blacklisted the three members who left (gosh I miss JYJ!!! as a group). Big Bang never had a diverse fanbase and IMHO since their scandal their fans - or what remains of them - have become more rabid. BTS are unique ... be it as kpop artist or generally as a global band. And its fanbase, those ARMY who support and respect them, are, too.

War of Hormone was the song that people claimed was misogynistic. At the time their concept was school boy but started to shift to a kinda bad boy vibe and teenage love with all the varying emotions that come with that. It was meant to be a fun song talking about the struggle with teenage hormones becoming aware of girls, flirting, and what goes through a teenage guys thoughts. I feel many were just looking for an excuse to attack them. I however am glad they examined things and made changes for the better. It may have been very difficult for them at the time but I think they are all the better for it. They started moving away from that concept and more complex concepts like the Bangtan Universe storyline that dealt with things that were more meaningful and deep. They eventually started making their songs less gender specific and more relatable to many. It set them on the path of focusing on self acceptance and self love, messages that are much more positive and helpful to their fans while also being therapeutic for themselves.

The Big 3 still control the Korean airwaves and media, so BTS are still the underdog despite their popularity. It's sad to think the state other idols from smaller companies are in. The Korean media is waiting with baited breath for the members of BTS to take a misstep, so they can dog pile on them. A fine example is JK's car accident a few months back. It was a minor accident, and the way it's being talked about you'd think it was DUI, hit and run. There's so much pressure on them and all they want to do is spread positivity, and their art.

I've been an observer for a decade. Bigbang is the reason I was brought into Kpop (Can't say I am a VIP because I don't really go all fan girling over them) but to be honest, BTS was meant to soar high. I meant it with all my heart. I am not really an Army as well because I dont follow them or vote them or twitter fangirling them and that kind of stuff. But whenever I watch a video of them from the old days up to their recent videos, I can tell that because of all the hardships they encountered, all the downgrading from their own people before and from other fandoms, it made their friendship sooo deep and tight. They can be at anywhere and be fine with just having each other. They are sooo genuine. Like you can see that the bond between them is legit Family. Ya know families has some disagreements, arguments, conflict and competition but at the end of the day you can't live without them, you love them! That's what I see in them. I'm saying that if other fandoms can see this kind of genuine bond, tight family bond plus talent to their respective faves, they will do the same as what our Armys are doing. They could pro'lly make their faves soar high as well but obviously they don't see that (I don't see that as well) so instead of admitting it, they gon' hating it. To be fair, before getting in to this conclusion, I did watch the other boy groups' reality videos and behind the scenes and their "travels together" but yeah it was nothing like BTS. I felt nothin'. One thing other fandoms didn't realize is that you don't have to be Korean, a teenage girl, or Army to buy BTS songs. Other Korean or East Asian fandoms didn't realize how big a world there actually are who love BTS. This is why they couldn't believe the sales and streaming for their album. Their complete narrow-mindedness when it comes to foreigners beyond East or SE Asia appreciating other culture's pop is mind-blowing to them. BTS paved the way. They truly cared about their fandom no matter who, where, or what gender they are [recent US concert sales says

BTS was seen as a threat to other KPop groups that are already big and popular that's why those fans hated BTS and their ARMYs! they disrespected, ridiculed and tried their hardest to ruin them! they even became more aggressive and malicious towards BTS and ARMYs when they realized how BTS is getting bigger and more popular internationally through the years but Big Hit never gave BTS up. BTS believed in themselves. ARMYs remained loyal, protective and supportive towards them. ARMYs were the most hated fandom in Korea coz they know how united and strong we are! BTS was the most hated idols in Korea because they are the biggest threat to the biggest idols there since they're all talented, real people, respectful, humble, amazing performers and their ARMYs loves them so much that they always make sure to defend, support, protect and love them against everyone who tries to hurt and ruin BTS! we remained by their side! BTS continued to trust and thank ARMYs! BTS are successful not only because of Big Hit and their ARMYs, they are the biggest now coz they are genuine people, trully love and support each other, remained humble and very thankful, respects everyone, writes heartfelt and healing messages in their songs, compose beautiful melodies, produce amazing music and videos... and most importantly, their main goal is to make the world a better place by helping others, raising social awareness towards bullying, violence, prejudice, gender equality, personal struggles and loving oneself! they remained true until now that's why they became a global phenomenon. they created a bridge that helps different nationalities to embrace other cultures, they destroyed language barriers, they promote diversity and created bonds to their ARMYs with different races that's united with common goals (to support, protect and love BTS; to give back to them by doing charities and helping other people under each member's name; loving ourselves like how BTS teach us and not giving up with our dreams and/or just be happy even without having one). BTS is the best! there's nothing like BTS!

It's really sad because this is just a tip of the iceberg. BTS has faced so much criticism in Korea and wasnt until recently that things have changed. They are under a microscope all the time The press are like vultures looking to vilify them in any way. They've actually said things like they cant wait for them to have a scandal. It's awful. Like JKs fender bender...they tried to make it out like he nearly killed the other driver and was a reckless driver. It is sad. Merry Christmas! I live your reactions so much. And dont feel bad Mika. There were many things that made “War of Hormone” SEEM misogynistic. But all of it was misunderstood, BTS definitely did not make the lyrics misogynistic. I honestly did not see a problem with it since the boys were at that age and made the song for fun about the struggles of hormones as a boy. They also apologized when they really shouldn’t have to because it was just a misunderstanding. Sure, I understand why people thought the lyrics contained misogyny because of “Girls are the best present” or “Girls are like an equation, us guys just do them” or “girls wear things that make me cough cough, see right through, thank you! For improving my eyesight”. But then again, they were still at the age where it was normal for guys to think like that and it isn’t that deep. People should’ve done their research before declaring that BTS were misogynistic😔

Yeah, the hate is even worse now. The only difference is that Big Hit and ARMY is in a better position to help protect and defend BTS. I've been ARMY since day one and I can't even tell you about the PTSD and anxiety I still have/feel when the fandom was small and unable to defend itself or the boys. When all we could do was cry and support each other and send out our hearts and our love in the hope we could make the burden just that little bit lighter. That helplessness and the frustration of seeing these petty and hate filled people almost get their way in destroying BTS...I'll admit it. I still find it hard to let go of. Unfortunately all those earlier interactions with toxic fandoms has colored my view on Kpop as a whole, but I'm human. I'm trying to not let other groups fans kill my joy in a genre of music that brought me so much pain, but also a fuck ton of confort and some of my best friends in life. We've come a long way and now we are all reaping the benefits. End Rant 😂😂

The song the anti-fans were fussing about was War of Hormone. The boys even apologized and said they would do better (despite them not being in the wrong.) Another sad thing is death threats still happen to the members. There was someone on twitter saying them and a group of people was going to kill Tae on his birthday this year. I'm so happy for their success, but the higher you rise there are people want to see you fall and take your place at the top. @@hmaroni9572 It's not really sarcastic, it's literally just the honest thoughts of a hormonal teenage boy. They wrote War of Hormone while filming American Hustle Life & working with the ladies they cast for their Boy In Luv (LA ver) MV. You can see in the filming of the show itself how flustered they were to be so close to such beautiful women, especially JK who had never had any dating experience up to that point. They put those thoughts into song form & dumbasses interpreted it as "misogyny" instead of the extremely normal "thinking with the wrong head" that goes on at those ages.

I wasn’t a fan at the time of any of that stuff in the video. But the shit didn’t and doesn’t stop. When BTS were nominated for Billboard Top Social Artist for the first time, some of the Kpop community were dissing BTS being nominated, and the award category. Dissing it for being fan voted, as if fan voted awards don’t exist in Korean awards ceremonies, and saying that it’s meaningless. The second time they were nominated for the same award, they tried to band together to vote for a different nominee. The third time other Kpop groups were in the same category and their fans were saying how great it was that their group was nominated, and how wonderful it is for diversity and representation (as if BTS’ first nomination which the wider Kpop fan community had dissed, wasn’t significant for that reason). Go figure In the wider Kpop industry and fan “community”, there is a great deal of toxicity.

Not all fans of a group are bad but antis, especially fans of an artist, are doing worse by acting on their hate. They make the fans look bad and it reflects on the artist as well sadly. Why can't people just support who they want and just leave things be? Back then it was anti's saying "They didn't win cause they're awful and untalented." or "They're not popular so that's why they were cut." Now it's "It's just a paper award it doesn't have any significance." "BTS win too much give it to other groups." Then award shows not giving BTS the awards they deserve because they win too much or want other groups in the big 3 to win. You learn being an ARMY that it sadly doesn't even matter if they're unpopular or not, BTS get tons of hate either way, and I just don't understand why?? Why do they hate them so much??

They made me stronger. I saw many drama and many downfalls. Since 2015 or so. That's why the bond between army and BTS are so special. We grew and fought and went from a small not popular group to what they became now. Army used to be a very small community, look at us now. When we expressed our concerns that we were afraid we were losing touch with them, they told us on vlive that they still love us and try their best to keep being close. This video only covers a fraction of struggles the boys have gone through. I've been a fan since debut and have seen plenty of the awful things that have happened to them. To answer why there were death threats to RM, at the time there was people who mistook some things he said at an interview and people think it was related to that. The threats to Jimin was a big mess, to put it simply there was a well known anti that always posted horrible things (Which was bad enough, for example planning to have her friend accuse JK of r*pe to trash his image) So a "supposed" fan of BTS got upset at the anti and made the first death threats to Jimin pretending to be the anti to try and frame her so she'd be arrested, but also at the cost of Jimin's safety and mental well-being, and then it caused other antis to also start threatening him for no reason. A few other things BTS have struggled with: Sasangs (crazy stalker fans) Some follow them on the same flights and try to sit by them. They get BTS' personal information by getting jobs at phone companies/airports/ect. and sell it to other Sasangs. They walk close and grab at them or brush up on them in large crowds invading their personal space, or outright chase them to get a picture or touch them. One example was a girl saying on Instagram that when she follows them around in the airport she targets the older ones since more security is around Jk, JM, and Tae, and posted a video of Suga where shes walking next to him, yelling at him to talk to her and punches him on the arm. Another case was a video of Sasangs chasing Tae through the airport literally running after him. Another time Sasangs also caused BTS to not use social media for a couple of months, this girl posted a very sexually explicit video of herself on Twitter and tagged them. The boys shortly after said that they don't like when people do that, or when people overly sexualize them (especially since JK was still underage at the time), but antis and fake army still tag them with these types of videos,pictures, fanfics anyway disregarding BTS request. They also have trouble with Akgae (malicious solo fans) These are people who only support ONE member and will hate on the other members. They constantly say ARMY hate their bias, or that their Bias should go solo because the others are holding them back. They criticized Jimin and caused him to struggle with his body image and do some extreme diets, or they call him an attention seeker. They attack JK saying he's stealing all the lines from the others or that he's a spoiled brat. They call Jin conceded, or that Tae is dumb, or that "soandso" member should leave the group. ect. There's also a thing Kpop fans do in Korea called the "Black Ocean", which basically is almost everyone at an award show will turn off their lightsticks to show a lack of support to whoever is performing. Many antis planned and did this to BTS quite a few times, but ARMY were smart and would purposefully buy their tickets around the whole arenas so it looked like more lights and they also would take two ARMY bomb lightsicks each. Another hardship BTS faced was actually hearing about ARMY's hardships as fans. They have always expressed how they feel sorry to us who have to deal with hate just because we like them. There have been so many incidents caused by these fanwars that have gone from online cyberbullying to real life bullying. Most of the worst cases were in Korea, for example during the whole WINGS era, part of the "Break WINGS" project was antis waiting around malls to see ARMY buying WINGS albums so they could go intimidate them to not buy them. Many ARMY got death threats on Twitter from antis saying if they saw ARMY buying albums they would hurt us/shoot us/kill us. Another incident was a girl walking home from school who had a BTS hoodie on and two girls from another huge Kpop groups fandom were yelling curses at her, when she started running to get away they caught her and beat her up, all because she was an ARMY. At that time ARMYs started feeling scared to even mention they liked BTS, but eventually as we grew in numbers the extreme bullying calmed down a bit. BTS have always been very aware of what ARMY go through and put the blame on themselves, but that's part of why they defend us where they can by speaking up and calling it out, creating the "END-Violence campaign", and donating to charities and schools to give back to ARMY all the love and support. These still aren't everything they have gone through, of course you can imagine how many things can happen in 7 years, but one things for sure is that recently the good is finally out weighing some of the bad. They still are going through some of these things nowadays, but ARMY is bigger and stronger now so we can protect them a lot better than we could when there was only a few hundred of us. And BTS knows this too, that's why our bond with them is so strong, very unique, and can't easily be replicated. ;)

I know they stay get hurt by these things but it doesn’t stop them from doing the thing they love and always being by Army’s side. I love the relationship we have with each other and how they truly make you feel appreciated for loving and supporting them. I purple you guys and BTS Borahae

I think last year on November was one of their worst. Just because Jimin wore a shirt in celebration of South Korea's Independence day with the image of a bomb on a mushroom cloud. Antis and Japanese media took a frenzy on that issue and concluded that BTS was disrespecting Japanese people who were bombed...forgetting that Koreans were also bombed during the Japanese occupation..and raped their women...which Japan started..people esp the Rightist accused BTS of disrespecting the victims of the bombings. They forgot that they have Korean prisoners who also died along the way. This issue trended that it got seen by the international media... The antis also tagged a real nazi, a real japanese rightist, a Jewish rabbi. All of these verified accounts lambasted BTS and accused them of being nazis...when the boys were innocent. Not only that, there was also tension between Japan and South Korea government...and the the Japanese media esp the broadcasting stations banned them to perform during year end programs. The shirt was worn on 2016. And became an issue last year. Other kpop idols wore the said shirt but didn't encounter this problem. But if its BTS, its a problem. When they did their concert last year in Japan, the rightist did a protest outside of the concert dome. These antis won't stop at anything.

V has a death threat at the moment (they said they would get rid of him in December), craziness, how soft, gentle and beautiful a soul is he! They will be in NYC for New Year's Eve performance in Time Square (so will be there for Tae's birthday 30th). Love you guys and your reactions, nice to see Mika again too. Check our their SBS performance 25th Dec, it was so lovely.

I didn't realized but I used to listen to BTS back when they first came out with Bulletproof and still continued to listen to their music not knowing who they were until recent. They are such talented individuals, they give good energy from their music to their fans, and makes us happy.

I've been an Army for four years and have lived through most of these moments. The video is missing some more recent things, like Antis trending "Happy Birthday Gorilla" on Jimin's birthday or things like that. I don't fck with some other Kpop fandoms because even if their groups are talented, their companies are corrupt and their fandoms have been hating on Bts and Armys even when we were small (I joined back in 2015 and they were already hating on them/us). All I know is that the more they hate Bts, the more I will LOVE Bts.

The world needs BTS' positivity & strength over all negativities, hatred, & doubts. Army always there to defend BTS. Other groups should work on their strengths & weaknesses instead of attacking BTS. BTS is the ONE & ONLY group during this pandemic that work too hard to cheer up the Army. Indeed, BTS is our panacea.

I went through all of this together with BTS, I've been an army since day 1. I'm so proud of them for getting to where they are now. I remember sobbing from joy when BTS won their first dasaeng. they were the first group I got to follow from debut, so they will always hold a special place in my heart. The boys have gotten to such an admirable stage where they can value themselves more than worry. I hope army will grow tgt with the boys and learn that those speaking ugly are ones to pity, not hate. Hate fosters hate. Let's wish them health.

I love BTS. Not just for their music but for their overall contribution to the world. I love watching them on the videos when they are not on stage. I hate they have to go through these hardships but hope they can be true to themselves and not let the opinions of other make them want to change their personality, sound or IMAGE ( they are all so beautiful, I hate hearing that they thought they needed to lose weight, or felt they were ugly in any way. BTS you are perfect dont change💗) I love the appreciation they have for ARMY! Your music has really touched me in a way I never expected and got me through a really difficult time in my life. I cant thank you enough for your existence. I love BTS and it will be a dream to see you in concert💗 I will be watching NYE 💗 fighting!!!💗

I don't know if Celeste was trying to be too nice or what but there was a hell of a lot more shit they went through than this. I am still angry over it all I came into it in 2016 and had no clue at that time this was happening as I was getting into them I thought it was the past...Those shows that cut BTS out and shit are now showing those performances on their YT channels like oh now they can... I will never forget.

I sill get teary eyed watching this even though I know all the information. Some fandoms like the E ** one are especially vicious. The boys answered their critics with the Cyphers, Mic Drop, Idol, etc. I am a professional adult and they have helped my life. They contribute more than they know. They deserve the best.

In 2016 BTS made history that night when they won the Daesang for Artist of the Year. They made the impossible seem possible and they gave hope to so many other Kpop artists. They are the ultimate underdog story and they still have to fight for respect in their own country even now. When variety shows wouldn't invite them to broadcasts they created their own called Run BTS. When radio stations and TV wouldn't play their music or videos, they uploaded them on KZbin and their Twitter account. This year I got emotional watching award shows because now they have another group to celebrate with, TXT. For years it was just BTS all by themselves. This was the first year they could really celebrate with fellow members in their production company. They are amazing and I am proud to be their fan.
