Make sure it's Ceylon cinnamon Isabelle for you and Bobby's health - common cinnamon is usually Cassia cinnamon which contains coumarin, which can be toxic in large doses. has been known to damage kidneys and the lymphatic system which is essential for getting rid of waste in the body.
