I think it’s okay to complain occasionally. As long as it’s reasonable, I’m sure the audience will be happy to hear it! Also, complaining can help you relax, release stress, become happy, and even allow the audience to learn experience or give you better opinions! My best advice to you is that you can find ways to turn complaining into an art, such as adding humor or self-deprecation. I believe complaining will be good for you! My English is not good enough, I hope you understand what I mean! I like your walking style more and more. It feels like I am traveling, but my feet are not tired, haha! Thank you so much for sharing, happy travels! 👍🥰🙏

Been there done that. It really helps to lower expectations and serenity increases. I’ve been through transportation in Phillipines. Delays, confusion, heat, waiting, incorrect assessments, inefficiencies, etc. After my first time to the Phillipines I knew what to expect and I self regulated my emotions and feelings - my experience was much better no matter what happened. Everything I go through I tell myself is temporary. I also look for the good. It’s part of the deal to enjoy the amazing heart and playfulness of the people, the monumental beautiful nature, and joy of being free and happy.

I honestly blown away how easy and effortless it is to meet people in the Philippines. This includes men for friends, future business contacts, and women of all walks of life for dating, short and long-term. I've been in the Philippines for 6 weeks and honestly I can say this is the way life was always meant to be lived.

@@_arman_ Manila, Cebu city, Mactan, and now Boracay. Met two wonderful girls from provinces at the north part of Cebu island each who came on a 3 and 5 hour bus ride on their own dime to see me. One would make a wonderful wife. Just the last two days in Boracay, met a Filipino fellow real estate investor in the ocean. Then approached a Filipina who was singing at the resort restaurant, went out for a date the same night and we are lovers 2 days later. Pretty much anywhere outside Manila has genuine people with good intentions. People are so KIND and lovely here.

Actually I haven't visit the southern part of Philippines, it's really very beautiful provinces and cities all greenish. We plan visiting bohol as we've seen its pretty greenish wiyh animals too. Try visiting also the northern part of the Philippines, Baguio City, Cordillera provinces, sumaging cave of Sagada, Banaue rice terraces since you're a landscape traveller, so you will complete the all around of Philippines culture and beauties. Enjoy and Goodluck.

Zane ..when you were at the ticket office at Bohol you left your bag with the tricycle driver...you are lucky as he was a good man...but i dont recommend that you do this as it is dangerous..there are some that take advantage of this situation and as you dont know this people you might end up being robbed..in this case..he might have been gone when you went our to get your bag..what if? so dont give opportunities for such to happen...just a piece of constructive advise. Have fun in Cebu..but always be careful and safe.

We were in the same predicament getting from Bohol to Cebu City. We found out our tickets weren't confirm when we were at the port. Need to go back to the same ticket centre as you to clear the confusion and claim my official tickets. Did OceanJet change to a smaller ferry? The one we had a year ago has an open area. Couldn't say the seats are comfortable though but it's all good.

This was yet another video with unexpected encounters. I get it, its frustrating when travelling and things dont go as planned. I'm not a backpacker typer of traveller, but as I see you have been doing digital nomading. It's best to go into areas for exploration with an easy free spirit type of mentality. Expect delays. bargaining which you do with public transportation on motor or rickshaw, but just go with the flow and vent when needed. But just move along so that you dont always have to stress and complain along the way. Enjoy!

That is so sad you experience those inefficiencies and scams. That is the reality in the Philippines, that is why it is also not good to spoil people by just giving them money all the time. But I think you are still better than most Filipinos like me, I wanted to travel also but I don't have the money to do so since the Philippine peso is really low in value and salary here is really low. But I hope you also visit the northern part of the Philippines, but again you have to manage your expectations for inefficiences. Also don't encourage the scammers, report and expose them so others will know. Never trust taxis that don't use the taxi meter. Don't encourage haggling in taxi. The noise is really annoying in our country, only in the Philippines that you will have a neighbor that plays karaoke even in the later hours.

Try your best not making yourself become an enemy of Filipinos so that you can visit this country again. Dont be identified as an enemy nor be tgat person that destroys the image of Filipinos. No one is a complete evil so dont be a perfect evil to others, got it? Italy, France are not perfect people or host. No country is perfect. Dont eat Mami or noodles in Hongkong in very cheap place as well coz you will never get any satisfaction in cheap places nor in Ph. Since you are a tourist go soend some money in some reputable place. Backpackers who are tight budget should not be too choosy and too complaining. Whats good in Ph is that most family can offer you free food and stay eith a nice smile. Dont be too judgmental to Ph. Remember there Ph, by ratio to its population, we have more college, post graduate courses (M.A and Doctorates) than in USA. Have you met somevof them? 😊

You know, we Filipinos know what you are saying. We grew up with all worst inconveniences and greater hardships than what you are experiencing. In fact, things have become better, inspite of what you are experiencing now. That is why all these foreigners coming to the PH saying this and that, AMAZING, BLOWN AWAY, ha ha ha. They get views because that makes us curious only to realize, CLICKBAIT. Though we thank you for coming to the PH, the other half of our brains still think all these are foreigners are here to launch their YT career. This is what Filipinos dont tell you, or shall I say, just being polite not to tell you straight to your face, when you come to the PH. Anyway, enjoy your YT career. Just do not forget to thank the market that gave traction to your channel so it gets suggested in people's feeds. Keeping it real right?

It maybe in “ones” in dollar but don’t forget in the Philippines you are spending by hundreds and thousands. Based on my experience and my friend’s. She thought everything was cheap. Then she discovered that she almost run out of money.
