Renting new build flats brings many problems. High rents and charges. Not to mention sharing the building . 😢

So annoying hearing people that know nothing anout uk housing... uk new build apartments are often small... detached or semi detached Victorian or Edwardian houses are often huge! With three very large reception rooms...massive bedroom and 100ft plus landscaped gardens. You clearly have not seen houses like this. So people watching this, this comment offers correction.

Let me re quote myself, Uk houses are always small *paused and recorrected * some apartments are always small! Emphasis on SOME apartments are always small. So I don’t know what’s annoying in what I said ?
