My fav so far from Gronwall is his I Put a Spell on You cover. All By Myself was written as a sad, reflective song, beautifully and touchingly performed by Harry Nillson. Unfortunately, Celine Dion turned it into a Los Vegas show-off tune and has become the version to cover ever since. Mr. Gronwall brings some of the original back in the quiet sections.

I know Celine sang this song, but it was originally sang by Eric Carmen. Everyone needs to listen to the original and compare them. Eric Carmen sang the song with so much emotion. It was such a sad song, heartbreaking song. This is why I dont like to listen to covers much, they are hardly ever up to par with the original. Yes, Erik is an amazing singer, but this lacks the emotion of the original. With his vocal range, Erik could have had us bawling like the original did.
