Piece of cake. It's a 2/4 with 8th note triplets on each beat, where every member of the triplet is a 64th note seventuplet. The design is very human.

So many, most even, of my shreddy licks that I repetitively play are in various odd time signatures all over the place. It's not that I devised them from a complex rhythmic way of thinking so much as that I let the melody lead the way and dictate the start and end of the loop. So different melodic ideas just lead to different time signatures. On one hand I think it's a super convenient and natural way of developing some rhythmic song parts not just in the usual 4/4 and 3/4. But on the other hand the results occasionally sound robotic and forced in a way different from parts in odd time signatures that were derived rhythmically to begin with.

Usually since the melody that started it all was valid, if a bass line is built from it, the drums will now sound pretty natural with just the kicks and snares in their obvious places, if it felt more forced before.
