S U B S C R I B E 😍 When you get more clients, you'll obviously have to take them through a solid client onboarding process so they can feel taken care of. A big part of that system is to have an onboarding questionnaire (also known as a new client questionnaire)
Whether you have a coaching business or a service-based business, you have to make sure you take care of your new clients in an effective way.
If you don't, they might get buyers remorse, feel unclear about what to expect, and you might not know how to truly get them to their goals (because uh... they won't specifically tell you what they are!) duh.
So - as you enroll new clients and continue to get more clients, I'm curious. How's your questionnaire and process looking like? I hope this video helps.
