I love the idea of journaling, even some kind of a brain dump to pull questions. For sure I'll see themes that will help me formulate something. From the very beginning, this has been a huge stumbling block for me. Actually, now that I think about it, hehehe, Gemini Sun, Virgo Moon, just last night as I went to bed I knew I wanted to throw some cards but couldn't figure a questions. I decided to go over, in my mind consciously, some things on my heart, and voila, I had 3 questions. Your video for sure has helped me pull this together. Thanks so much! xo

I wondering if I can ask who has an evil eye on me and why because I’m getting bad energies from a specific person in my life but I don’t know what spread to use for this type of question

Maybe you can look into spreads for boundaries and banishing! and also ask questions about how to strengthen your energetic boundaries and identifying where the energy drain is or where you are most vulnerable etc.

What can I do to physically resolve it, if any? 3. What is an energetic weakness that I have that I need to strengthen? 4. How can I strengthen my energetic boundaries? 5. How can I ground and centre myself to make sure protection takes place?
