Great video and thanks for sharing your tips. I went to your website and watched several of your real estate videos. They are fantastic - seriously. I’m curious, for the inside shots, did you use a drone for some of these? Seems like you must have, but I can’t tell for sure. I would guess that you used a camera on a gimbal for those with the agent giving the guided tour, given the noise of the drone in flight. I wish you continued success!

i've been following all of your pricing details and it really helped me a lot! thank you so much! but just a quick question, did you ever get a request on a time lapse for sunset/sunrise? if yes, how much did you charge for it?

Thank you Von! Glad you are finding the videos helpful :) I normally don't do time lapse because they are so time consuming for real estate videos. I recommend we stick with the normal sunrise or sunset shots! If you offer them to your clients I think $200 could be a far price as an add on depending on how long you shoot for.

What's the difference between the version for the client's website (FullHD 16x9 I presume) and MLS? And I noticed something else on your site: at the bottom of the page you have 3 of these "+ Question or Title Goes Here The answer you want to hide until a click goes here!" BTW, I love the ultra-wide video at the top of your site. I think I'll add something similar to my site :)

Hey know I know why you got recommended, I do watch a decent amount of drone videos. Also you emote with your hands like a burn victim, and the pov makes them seem comically large. Just some deconstructive criticism, you seem to take it well.
