Better to do something else even if u have completed bds or mds as this profession s over for now, baaki ki kasar covid ne poori kar di h , it use to have a good future 10 years b4 but now nothing can b expected from dentistry khaali beth k time kharaab karne ka koi matlab nai

DCI should keep only 1 Mds department overall having all in one as public demand I.e required in market No use having so many Mds degrees uselessly Because at d end of day No jobs all sets up for clinic Or they must put BDS degree after completing Mbbs like Ent, eye Half Dr. CNT even help govt in this pendamic too

Agreed, BDS as an undergraduate degree is utterly useless, they should rather make dentistry as a speciality course after MBBS, and turn all these undergraduate BDS govt seats into MBBS seats. That way they can increase no. Of MBBS seats exponentially.

@@user88169 i agree with you. Govt always complain of shortage of MBBS Doctor in govt PSc s, but never come up to any solution. Govt must introduce Bridge Course for (BDS/others) so that doctor demand get fulfilled rather than getting round the bushes. Its not about us as we ll survive with hand to mouth condition n even better(Amen) rather its about our society n India'$ growth n prosperity!!!!! Medical field should be kept out of dirty politics n then our medical science ll b like foreign countries advance n strong.😇😉😊

Sir ,what if someone wants to pursue a career in clinical research after BDS This is the third option for BDS graduate after mph ,MBA . There is a lot of demand for clinical research and pay is decent too. Kindly do a research on this and let us know how is this field for dentist

Raj Anand forensic is not that good, u will be placed in Forensic dept , cbi, archeological dept and military too. Getting into this better u can come out of dentistry and prepare for the govt exam for above posts

Rishika Biradar Young lady u r right, Pedo is not a good branch if consultation is ur first priority. i also completed my BDS recently. In my exp of working in super specialty dental clinc I am telling u this, Most of the clinc the main doctor itself will take care of pedo cases with the help of their parents.

Rishika Biradar haha no u r wrong, since we r recently passed out from clg so it will be like that only. In practical world it’s different. u r right parents r conscious about their child treatment but it does not mean that they will find a pedodontist rather than going to their family dentist. End of the day it’s ur decision. In cases any doubt regarding choosing dept for MDS let me know I can help u from my knowledge. All the best for ur MDS
