Good tips...I have just done 4000ks on a new motor. 2011 hilux and is just starting to free up a little. So damn hard to drive and not push it...that is not thrash it. Cheers for the tips from NZ.

Knipex wrench pliers wriggle and spray wurth Injector ex penetrant spray work a treat

I just change my injectors and black smoke start to appear from the exhaust, and is consuming more diesel too, same code of injectors, same brand but just appeared that issue. If somebody knows what could be the issue, it could help alot. Thanks.

I just did my injectors didn't get them new just did a repair job. Now the problem is the car has less power it's a 2.0tdi 2008 VW Touran. My question is do I need to do a tune or what??? Thanks in advance guys..

Crikey, i have been replacing my fuel filter every 5k with the oil. My yoot has done 260k though so cheap insurance as you say!

Hi. Completely off the topic, i have a 2017 2,2 diesol ford ranger. Dont shout at me!! Engine over heated, cracked head. Had it rebuild and now with cold start up it smokes a bit. Did not replace injectors. Only 120000km done. Would this be the cause or can you point me to a specialist in ford like you are on toyota? Thanks for the show, always watch it and even though i have a ranger i always get great tips!!

i’m currently putting a 2010 1kd into my 2007 because recently blew that engine up, would i need to reprogram the 2010 injectors to my ecu??

Fuel filter wow 40,000 or year or 2 to change, Gezz I've been to keen then i was changing every 10,000 Guess I've been wasting money??

garage replaced injectors (diesel) - seems to been giving a bad knocking noise now, they have reprogrammed them - the old injectors were leaking ( opened ) - hence why they got replaced, but it wasn't knocking before. any ideas?

My general advice would be not to let them do that to avoid results like what has happened

Watch your videos I have a tayota dyna it comes with the 1kd when I start it up in the morning I smell a bit of exhaust am wondering if something is leaking it's a import from Japan

So you can either listen to toyota, a very infamous, renowned, reliable car company on what to do with their cars and engines for the best posible reliability and longevity... or you could listen to some bloke who has spent 15 minutes yapping to the camera 😂😂 I think after all these years and the millions spent developing their engines, Toyota knows best at this point haha.

You better keep watching videos and listening carefully or you will find out how funny it is what you have written As I have explained, they wrote books before the engines were on the road decades ago, and information is based on actual experience from the last two decades, all the best with your choices 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
