What to do if the Electric Plunger Toilet cannot maintain pressure? PPAT-8

I’m a 71 yo widow, living alone in my apartment. Whenever my toilet needed to be cleared of a clog I would use a Ridgid 6 ft toilet auger and it was a pain to use but worked better than a normal plunger. I bought this Populo electric plunger from Amazon last year and had not needed to use it until today. The toilet wasn’t totally clogged but very slow to drain. I was a little hesitant about using it as there was still water in the bowl but I was amazed when I hit the button to clear it! No water splashed and cleared the drain. Great product, highly recommend it!

how long does it take to charge it? also i have used it a couple times but it has never pressurized over a #4 does it take a full charge to get it to pressurize to a #5 or #6?

Omg thank you for this tip. The PSI stayed at 0 with several minutes of pumping When I went to check if the metal tube had a gap with the plastic body, I noticed the O ring wasn’t in place. The O ring has fallen out when I put it together. And I saw it right there in the floor!! Thank you! I was about to return it. Instead it worked great 😊
