Im a door dasher i had the minimum insurance requirements and this guy was also door dashing he didnt have insurance now door dash denied coverage as far as i know but i still complained

What if a driver in the same household (a relative) was not excluded , not listed and causes an accident with your vehicle ? (At fault) Would the insured vehicle's policy cover damages for the other party (not at fault) ? In the State of GeorgiaThe owner does have full coverage insurance, the driver is a relative with no insurance and is at fault. Will the insurance company accept the claim to pay for damages of the "not at fault party?

My wife was recently just hit by by an uninsured driver recently. That driver got cited forêcfailed to properly yield on on a traffic light and was also driving with a temporary license. Kinda stinks tbh not sure what to do. And all we got is liability. Any advice would be great

Yeah, you should have bought the uninsured/ underinsured coverage......you can buy it even if you only have liability
