So not so long ago I was on vacation in Grenada and staying at the Royalton hotel. I ordered some room service food which gave me food poisoning. My dad gave me some charcoal pills, but that only made things worse. I then drank some tea, but that also made things worse. Before long I couldn’t get out of bed at all and so my mom gave me some pink stomach pills to take while she and my dad went to dinner. Those pills didn’t work either, and I ended up disgorging pink mush. The next day I was better, but I felt really dizzy standing up and was constantly getting tired. We haven’t taken any legal action or complained to the hotel staff, but if you guys are planning to visit Grenada and stay at the Royalton Hotel, I would for sure let them know about the food because if this food poisoning happened to me it might happen to others too.

I think this is helpful because if you go to the urgent care with the emergency room you’re looking at $1000 so if this helps you recoup some of that money afterwards, the restaurant should’ve complied with safety code.

Yeah… I’ve just gotten over 3 weeks of severe food poisoning, no food, barely drank any water, I lost 2.5 stone and almost died, but I was put on a drip to my disgust, I’d much rather have died instead of feeling like someone put a blender in my stomach... I’m now left with liver damage, acid reflux and what seems to be a hernia under my rib cage. Definitely get checked people!
