Matthias your excitement for your field is refreshing. Your content is relatable to so many and on so many levels. Thank you very much for making so much sense out of things that made no sense to me. Keep up the great work.

Matthias and Dr Hayes, PLEASE KNOW THIS DISCUSSION TOUCHED MY HEART DEEPLY!!! It has helped me immensely! I have gained understanding about what to do with life when you are suffering. Through your dialogue, I realized I was taking ACT skills and turning them into rules- adding to my pain! Thank you!!!!

What struck me the most... "i dont know if there's enough love in the world to solve the world's problems, i dont know if there's enough values and caring in the world to do that.. but i sure like to find out! And the only way that we can find out is if we EMPOWER each other to more whole and free... to who we really fully meant to be!"

Can you make a video about family, family conflict, I told my therapist about how my father and sister use toxic language and guilt trip me to pay them money, they said that they(family) have rights I should pay them ??? I said I didn’t ask to be born, they said it didn’t matter ?? That I wouldn’t last without same blood family support. Is that true ? Can you give me pointers and research to read

Genuinely interested, what do you do with a panic attack while driving? It could be dangerous. I am dealing with chronic illness and panic disorder, and I decided to try and go for a little drive with my daughter in the car. I forgot my phone, and when I got half way over to her school (which was only a few minutes away) I realized I was responsible for her, I had no phone, and it triggered a panic attack. I decided to keep driving and get home, but the only reason I did that was because home wasn’t too far. But I felt like I was going to faint. If I had have crashed I could have hurt us both or someone else. How do you turn towards that without putting yourself in danger, but without avoidance behaviors? 🫣😬
