I went through legal zoom and they did the search and stated no one was using my trademark and recently I received an infringement Notice! I’m so stress because I thought I was good to go and already started using my name

did you trademark your full name? did u do a t shirt and sold one to a different country? did u put ur trademark in the UCC? if you didnt, you were not ready
