How does the use of brand name and logomark in this stage affect the ability to file trademark protection later? Users who would use this pre-release version would include family and close friends, all of which wouldfile NDAs. Would it be safe to use the final logo and brand name for this limited release, or would it be better to change both until the trademark is secured? Thank you
