Man thank you so much step 3 helped get my issue resolved showing no sound coming out I was given a amp with bad rca ports I changed the amp out for my one working after conducting the test to see it works and I’m booming in the truck with this one until I replace the broken one

How do I go about fixing the plugs on the amplifier Rca jacks I put, can this be fixed by taking it apart?

I have a 5 channel DB55. The subwoofer amp portion is not working. Bass remote knob does not light up as well. I checked the fuses and the other channels are working. Any suggestions. I suppose something is blown up internally.

Lot of good info andLots for me to try. I've set up 2 subs, 4 speakers to an amp and I have no sound. The front left speaker did come on for a few seconds then nothing? All speakers and stereo are new so hopefully it's a setting in the stereo

I’ve seen no one ask this cuz I must be the only one with the problem, but I bought brand new 2500 watt subs and a brand new 2000 watt amp. I had to re wire the subs in the box and I did them correctly because my old amp powered my new subs. But when I use my new amp there is no out put on my new subs.

Had this problem for powered sub in car. Lights come on but no sound. This is after installing a pioneer head unit w rca outputs. I was so frustrated, I returned it. When I should of just went to an install place and had it looked at. And hopefully the problem isnt in the rca outputs from the deck, which I think is what the problem is.

So here is a fun one I've got an older system I've had it for 6 years now Ole reliable still in great shape right so I was bupping the other night on about a 25 30 min drive and suddenly I have no bass pull over check everything out amp isn't in protect mode all wires have good a connection no brakes or cut wires rcas are in good shape no bad wiggles indicating a broken amp terminal no blown fuses amp was a lil hot but not excessively normal warmth for being plaed at that length of time I though ok I'll check it out tomorrow so I did went over everything again more Thoroughly this time and still no bass amp is not in protect mode help lol 😅😢

im having basically the same issue. My subs were working. all wiring is fine, not in protect but no sound. It was coming in and out for a while but now it's doing nothing. I think my amp is blown :(

Just tell them it's amp wire they will know .one hot wire .one ground .and remote wire .if you need remote
