I can so relate to your story, except that I didn't know about this refrigerator thing and I'm still struggling with a crappy laptop that's cost me hundreds of dollars. And believe me, there's no hope for this thing, I really can't edit with it, I've tried every conceivable act to optimize it but let's face it, I'm going to have to find another way to buy a really high-performance laptop because I believe in it.
