yes definitely! things theres are really cheap so if you can get a low cost off season flight then that budget can work!!

Rookie mistake. When you're flying internationally, you come into the country using Cebu's airport. NAIA airport sucks, plus the Manila traffic is too much.

I know but we flew through manilla because the flights were significantly cheaper during the LNY holiday!
