We were in Da Nang for Tet and it was very quiet, with many restaurants and businesses closed for the celebrations. We were so lucky to get a few sunny days in Hoi An, which made it an amazing time. The sunset was just the "icing on the cake". Thanks for watching :)

We loved visiting Hoi An! We were in Da Nang for a month, but unfortunately it was cool and rainy most days. The few days we spent in Hoi An were sunny and hot though, so that helped to cheer us up lol. Thanks for watching :)

Hoi An is such a picturesque place, and we managed to have a few days of sunshine while we were there! The painting is very small and fits in the suitcase nicely, along with some other prints that I have bought in different places. I like to put them out in places we stay so that it feels more like home to us! Thanks for watching :)

I’m curious, do they speak much English there? What’s the difficult to communicate in the shops and restaurants?

They didn't really speak a lot of English, but in the restaurants they usually have menus with English on them and pictures of the dishes. When you're at the markets you can ask the price of things and they will just punch in the number on their calculator and show you. In the hotel, they spoke English quite well. Overall, we don't usually have a problem not knowing the language. Cheers :)

We had a great time in Hoi An, and it was the highlight of our time in Vietnam! To be honest, we never really noticed if there were public toilets there.
