What are "504" meetings, and what does "SEL" stand for?

SEL=Social Emotional Learning / 504 is an educational plan doe students who h Are in need of accommodations they may have a diagnosis but don’t qualify for social education. Google for more info.

SEL=social and emotional learning 504=is under special education and it’s individualized plans for students that needs personalized accommodations in the classroom. In order for a student to receive a 504 they have certain requirements to be met

22 days is pretty good. We were asked to come in to prep on July 27th and our students started this Tuesday, August 9th. I do feel like 9 days was plenty to get ready to the point I had nothing to do by the 9th day except read a book on CBT and other PBIS interventions...which I guess was also very productive haha
