thanks, i don't even know what type of phone i did it on, but it worked. vol down + power for 3 seconds, then press up and release. phone just said att with an att logo. glad it worked though.

Thanks mate. I bypassed it on an Hyundai tablet by holding Power and volume down for 3 sec then tapping the volume up. The blue menu showed up.

In Moto E2 the combination to pass the No Command screen is the exact opposite: Press Power+Volume Up, and immediately afterwards press Volume Down.
