On Etsy I have messaged the thief for stealing my designs as is. And they wrote back and usually say "sorry I didn't know" and they took it down, and it's when I wrote their store name to monitor it. But maybe I'm being too nice to message them first instead of reporting ? I also have reported on temu..they stole my design as is, they even removed my watermark..so logos and watermarking does not help prevent thieves. Frustrating when they steal. I also feel like AI can deactivate listings due to having multiple stores stealing my designs?

Oh and i dont mind them coying me bc it means its similar but not exact..but i have pave people literally remove my watermark and using it as is.
