@@MakingitinHolland Amen! If you don't have a Dutch's driver's license consider getting one, because they're making the life of people without "Dutch ID" harder in the future. I am a Portuguese citizen and it seems they'll cut off some DigiD services (like health related stuff) at some point and only allow people who can validate their ID (it has to be Dutch ID , Dutch Passport or Dutch Driver's License, which is the only document I think we can get without the citizenship here, it sucks).

Do you still have to quarantine when visiting Rotterdam by car? I'm not vaccinated yet but i want to visit the city in a couple of weeks. :)

You still should quarantine for 10 days. Good to check the latest updates over at www.rivm.nl/en.
