I usually discard the 1* or 2* for money. For the 3*, I either discard or keep it to become EXP... Yep, locking artifact is a good way to keep it. One time, I didn't lock one, and accidentally put it in a strong box. T_T What a waste...

The ones where there are DEF sub stats mostly (DEF is good for Geo, bad for the rest) good is CRIT RATE/CRUT DMG/ATK

For me it isnt because example you have 40 resin, you convert it to condense you can only do one round whilst if you keep 40, you are able to do 2.
