It's so sweet to see the way she looks at her husband, such love, such acceptance 😢

You two are so inspiring. Agree with you how it doesn’t matter what kind or how far along. What matters is how to be a loving care giver. And find out how to help

Thank you for doing this. I lost both of my parents to dementia but these videos would have helped me so much. I had a very hard time with my mother, getting a diagnosis and having her realize I wasn’t lying about the issues she was facing. She had an uncanny ability to seem perfectly normal in front of Dr’s and other healthcare workers. On the flip side I had been seeing changes in her for years. By the time she was diagnosed she was already fairly progressed. Love & Light to both of you!

Well said we are both in this together ❤️. We both are dealing with dementia symptoms in 2 different ways but we are a team.

This is the best foundation for the caregiver and lo (loved one) to build on.

@Ted Obenour My husband Bruce has Lewy body dementia and was diagnosed in September of this year. He is 61 and I'm 58. Trying to plan for what's ahead now. He's no longer working now. Had to stop in July all of the sudden it hit it seam to me. We weren't prepared for retirement. I'm struggling with all the changes and roll reverse. He still wants to drive 🚗 I don't know if this is a good idea or not. He is on 5 medication now they seem to be helping. I notice more changes than my husband notices. I see him starting to shuffle his feet. He goes in and out of shuffling his feet. He was doing this in November stopped for a while and now in February he's shuffling his feet again. I want to travel with my husband to see my son. What do I need to expect or prepare for?

What if the person gets to acceptance, but the spouse is in denial because of their faith basis. The person may want to talk, but the spouse/caregiver, and they're a caregiver because of another health issue, doesn't.
