60 years ago, my grandpa milked 24 cows a day. Most went to the cheese factory (grade B milk), but a gallon came into the house every day. The best milk ever, along with the fresh chicken soup, and other "organic" vegetables and farm products that were daily consumables on a sustainable farm of the 60's

@@herbbowler2461 We actually evolved to be able to digest lactose past babyhood. This ability developed incredibly quickly in evolutionary terms. Milk from the animals we kept was a portable source of reliable nutrition and hydration which could even be taken across deserts. Cows, sheep, goats, mares, camels, buffalo have all been kept by humans for thousands of years for their meat and milk. There's archaeological evidence of bronze age people weaning their children onto animal milk. So we are in fact designed to have animal milk as part of our diet throughout our life, just not the dead stuff sold at the supermarket.

Yes, same here. I even grew up vegan, because my dad had bought into the whole mad cow disease plandemic (which I just started to understand last year due to the recent plandemic was just another lie), which is why we as a family did not eat any animal products for about eight years. Of course I was smaller than my peers, pale-looking, skinny, always tired, did not fully develop (until I switched to raw vegetarianism just recently), and I also am pretty sure that this partly is responsible for my small jawbone - which apparently gave reason to remove 4 completely healthy teeth... but not just veganism is an attempt to have us kill ourselves. So is practically the whole big company 'food supply' system. Among many other lies and poison they try to feed us in order to keep us small and weak. We need to grow locally and organic in permaculture, eat whole foods and as much as possible raw. I am not sure if we need to eat meat, though. The Wodaabe are a tribe of nomadic farmers that live drinking the raw milk of their animals, but they only butcher them for celebrational purposes and rather rarely. So I now eat all raw, mostly lots of greens, plus eggs and milk and butter included, but no meats of any kind. Do any of you have any experience with that? All the best to everyone, love and blessings - may we all be free.

In Poland and eastern Europe drinking clabbered milk is a normal thing. Its delicious and refreshing to drink in summer with fresh baby potatoes as a meal, or just blended with seasonal fruits. Sometimes it works with pasteurized milk, but you can taste a difference with real raw milk. The only thing is, some people make take time to get used to it, because the gut can get, errr overwhelmed with the amount of bacteria, if you know what I mean... So it might be good idea to start with small portions.

Love that raw milk. I'm 74 and been enjoying raw milk since 2013. The word "raw",I think is a little intimidating for some people. They could call it whole milk but that name has been in use for quite some time. But they could just change it to '"not" milk to be more accurate. Because raw milk is really whole milk. It's complete.

I was born and raised on the farm, till 34 years of age, than moved to US, 360° turn in my life, from language to jobs. We used to milked 150 cows, once a day, not jersey or Holland, mix breed, for milk and meat. All the milking was done by hand, 5 guys, and usethe milk to make cheese, also by hand. My sisters was in charge of the cheese making process, we all pitch in helping making it. Then there wanst electricity, so no refrigerator. The milk saved for daily drink, cooking, etc was boiled and hung on a beam in the kitchen, it never went bad. Talking about tropical country, average temp in winter is about 55°-65°F. Meat was preserved using salt only, regular salt, never heard about nitrate, and never anyone got sick from eat cured meat. Fund time, free from any stress or worries and no IRS!😂😂

Have you considered writing out your information? Possible pamphlets for individual info ( like gardening, making butter, etc) or even a book? I need something I can access without getting on my phone. Or even having it written out so we can download it ourselves off of the computer (less cost for you, I think). I know that there are hundreds of books out there, but I like getting information from someone that I can relate to...

I have been having raw milk delivered from a very reputable farm for years and love it. I just bought their heavy cream but it smells like rotten eggs! I called the farm, they said this is normal and safe but gave my money back. I cannot find anything online to back this up. I trust them but want to learn more and understand. I WANT heavy cream, the store-bought has other questionable ingredients in it. But the rotten egg smell has me concerned. Any information is appreciated! Thanks. I enjoyed (and clicked liked) your video.

Nice vid! Thanks! So soured milk is not the same as butter milk (karnemelk in Dutch)? We bought fresh jersey milk from our neighbours and after 3-4 day’s refrigerated it had already soured, but not putrefied. Does this mean the milk they’re selling us could actually be more than a week old when it reaches us?

My nephew is a commercial dairy farmer here in Michigan. All his milk is contracted to go to make cheese for Little Cesar's pizza. Anyway, he won't even GIVE me raw milk. The risk is too great. If caught, the State would pull his license in a heartbeat. How ridiculous is that??? You could almost eat off his milking parlor floors. The sterilization requirements are very stringent. I can guarantee you that there is nothing in his cows milk!

For the 1st time, my raw milk (from a local farm) became sour in 5 days. One smells really terrible, the other just quite sour. I've been looking for uses for the soured milk other than bread. I think I may freeze the sour one and toss the one that reeks. Very odd since the milk usually doesn't get a tinge of sourness smell so quickly. Is it too late to try to clabber the one that is sour?
@chriskazaam896
@chriskazaam896 2 жыл бұрын
Clabber it by adding raw honey. Does it taste like vomit/bile? I don't get that issue much anymore. Just drink it with raw eggs, raw butter & raw honey. It's better than "fresh" milk and you can drink it cold without digestion problems. Never freeze milk unless you're making a raw ice cream I guess. If it's that sour, when you claber it you'll definitely get a whey of over 50%. I love whey with raw butter/raw honey. TAstes like lemonade. Then eat the solidified clabber with it and it's like french puff pastry. God intended milk to be drunk raw.
