Breast milk is one of the best things for an infant's health. So, why is animal milk so unhealthy?
Pasteurized milk has been heated to kill beneficial enzymes and microbes. However, raw milk contains unique proteins, friendly microbes, fatty acids, and lactase-producing bacteria.
Lactase is an enzyme that helps break down lactose. People who have difficulties digesting milk can typically drink raw milk without any problems. Personally, I don't consume raw milk-I consume fermented raw milk products, like cheese and kefir.
Raw milk gives you a better absorption of calcium and fat-soluble vitamins. It also has proteins that can help support your immune system. Raw milk even has an anti-stiffness factor that may benefit people with arthritis and inflammation.
It's also important to get your milk from A2 cows. There are a lot of problems associated with A1 milk, so it’s best to buy dairy products that contain A2 milk.
Other benefits of raw milk include potentially helping with conditions such as:
• Ulcers
• GI problems
• Gout
• Gum disease
• Allergies
• Asthma
If given the choice between pasteurized milk and raw milk, you may want to check out raw milk.

I have a story that needs to be told. I am 76 today, but when I was still a teen I used to work in a little health food store in Los Angeles. One of our best sellers was raw milk, produced by Alta Dena Dairy in California, a small family dairy farm that sold an entire array of raw milk products. Raw milk is so superior to pasteurized milk that I can't even count the ways. In fact, even though I am lactose intolerant, raw milk still contains the natural enzymes that enable you to effectively digest the product without a single problem, and is indeed one of the most perfect foods in existence. But once they started boiling it at high heat to kill all of the bacteria from Big Dairy's over milked and stressed-out cows, all of these healthy nutrients are killed. That's why raw milk from healthy, happy cows is the ideal solution. Alta Dena was so successful in selling their clearly superior products, that the American Dairy Council tried to make them join their association and start pasteurizing their perfectly healthy milk. from perfectly healthy cows, but they refused. So the ADC decided to "arrange a way" to FORCE them to join, while totally destroying their only source of competition at the same time. They simply they had some salmonella bacteria placed into a few quarts of their milk, then have a dairy inspector "coincidentally" test a few bottles of their product, now infected with the germs that they themselves had planted. When they found salmonella in it, the government removed ALL of the Alta Dena Products from every shelf and every store, just to "teach them a lesson." Then Alta Dena successfully beat them in court, proving that their products were entirely safe, so the ADC just waited a few months then re-infected a few more bottles of their products, purposely wiping out their entire inventory. By then Alta Dena was too broke from constant lawsuits to fight back, then HAD to boil their product, destroying all of its health benefits and bankrupting the entire company. This is how Big Food works to eliminate all competition, leaving only their unhealthy, often toxic products, along with Monsanto's GMO farming practices. It's criminal.

@Babz THAT TOO. This concept is the identical plan used by all of the major corporations today. Do you think that shutting down the entire country for an ENTIRE FREAKING YEAR made us any healthier or the economy better?? Just the opposite. During the lockdown, only the top 1% made TRILLIONS, while we got stimmy checks for $1,200., using our measly checks to buy flat screen TVs and take more of Big Pharma's vaccines and tranquilizers. And have you noticed that Bill Gates of Hell is busy buying up all the farmland left in the world?? It's all about CONTROL, the number one goal of all the multi-national corporations, and their supporters, the central banks.

I’m currently experiencing this! Night time is when I get the very worst cravings and desire to binge. Not because my diet is otherwise unhealthy. I eat a very good diet full of meat and fat without too many plants. But I like having a sweet after dinner. I guess it was habit, and I wouldn’t ever feel fully satisfied to go to bed without a sweet. A piece of fruit would never quite hit the spot, and I’d always end out reaching for more. Now I have a glass of raw milk after my diner and the cravings for a night time sweet are completely gone! I’ve been on raw milk for years, but never really drink it on its own. Just use it for smoothies in the morning. I’m gonna keep doing this and I’m so excited to see what effect it’ll have in the long term! 🤩

That is what the establishment want..... SICK people. Look around you, it cant be more obvious. I have a Jersey cow, grass fed here in florida, and she has given me milk now for darn near six years. Her calf i weaned off of her at 7 months and i started milking her by hand. I strain the milk with a coffee filter and after all these years she is still giving me over a gallon a day. That milk is so tasty and a yellowish color. I grew up and we had jersey cows for milking and i never fogot how good that milk was. Try feeding a calf that pastueruized/homogenized milk and he will die....he needs those vitamins and enzymes, that is why it is in the milk in the first place!

@@flparrotz1 Jerseys also have a higher cream ratio in their milk--that's why it's a yellowish color. I tried Holstein raw milk from a local farm which wasn't even close to the Jersey's fat/cream content. I make kefir on a regular basis & drink daily for gut issues. I'm nearly 72, used to eat lots of carbs, fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds. I gave up all those foods a couple years ago as my IBS symptoms which were becoming worse over time made my life miserable. I had even been on a raw diet for a few years, juicing enormous amounts of leafy greens, & a huge variety of other colorful raw vegetables & herbs. Nothing was improving my gut issues. Over 4 yrs ago, I embarked on eating a keto diet, & there was some improvement. Not until I went mostly carnivore (meat, eggs, heavy cream, butter) did my gut finally settle down, The only time I have IBS type flareups is when I consume carbs, veggies, nuts/seeds--sugar in general. I consume about 20oz of kefir a day, made from raw Jersey milk. It's the bomb! The Holstein cow milk didn't produce nearly the quality of kefir that the Jersey did--it was like low-fat (almost skim) in comparison. Holsteins produce greater quantity a day compared to Jerseys, but the latter is way richer & creamier.

We have been drinking raw milk for last 7 years. Once a month I travel nearly 60 miles away from London to get the raw milk from a farm. I've bought a special freezer to store that milk. It's so delicious and my children think store bought milk should not be called milk because it doesn't taste like milk. We need to teach our future generations what are the real foods are and how these look and taste like. Our creator created everything that would nourish our bodies, but we humans tried to act smart and changed everything as a result every ecosystem is falling apart.

My husband was raised on a Jersey dairy farm in Washington. Raw milk was illegal but they “bootlegged” some to the local farmers and my family participated. A local university ask to do a project on the dangers of raw milk. They took a gallon of the raw jersey milk and injected it with Listeria and then took a pasteurized gallon of milk and did the same. Well they had a surprise. The Listeria in the raw milk was unrecoverable while the pasteurized milk had MASSIVE CFUs ( colony forming units). The theory was the natural bacteria in the raw milk suppressed the growth of the Listeria ( pathogen) while the pasteurized milk served as a growth media to enhance growth. The problem with pasteurization is the bacteria are LYSED i.e. “ exploded” . This releases numerous proteins into the milk. I believe some people can be sensitize to these proteins. Also since pasteurization, the colony counts allowed in milk has risen because they felt they would be killed so why worry? When I was working on my husbands farm the allowance was much lower and they worked hard in cleanliness. I doubt many modern dairies would grant tours of their facilities.

Cows that are milked by machine suffer mastitis chronically. Only solution is antibiotics. You could have raw milk from a very unhealthy cow and with masitis there is pus that comes out. 1. Make sure your raw milk comes from hand milked cows or goats or sheep or camels if that is your thing. Preferably a small farm where they are well cared for and loved. 2. Masitis is humans hurts a lot. I've had it myself. Mastitis in cows or goats ( or sheep or camels) hurts too. Don't contribute to their pain. We human moms can be cured and then avoid it. But the animals are stuck being in pain just because we humans who "have dominion over the earth" say it must be so. Be sensitive to the lives of others as you consider taking milk from someone else's baby. I milked our herd of goats for years. I've been there, done that, know the different sides of the story.

I never have really liked milk all that much, but always noted the difference between the 2% from the grocery store and the fresh milk from my granddad’s Jersey cow. He had kept at least one milk cow while he raised a family and milked every day for a lot of years, strained and bottled it, and put it in the fridge - all for personal use. He bought out a closing dairy’s inventory of the classic glass milk bottles and a (for him) lifetime stash of paper milk bottle caps. The cream that rose to the top of the bottles was delicious. His cow lasted 32 years before the milk dried up. He was in his mid to late 70s by then and and didn’t feel like getting another. I remember occasional comments about drinking non pasteurized milk, but no one ever got sick from his milk.

It only stopped when I stopped drinking homogenized/pasteurized milk. I moved to a country in the Mediterranean where raw milk was sold everywhere. I boiled it, drank it and it did wonders for my health. I consumed a lot of milk kefir and yoghurt - also very popular in that country. I then moved back home to Africa and started drinking raw milk directly without any boiling. I was scared about the bacteria and germs people warn you about. Nothing - I feel a noticeable difference in my health since then. Perhaps improving my gut bacteria and consuming probiotics whilst in the Mediterrenean made it easier for me to consume it here. My problem is I love it too much. I drank a gallon in one day, then a gallon the next day. It was too convenient having it in the house. I bought a half gallon yesterday. Started drinking it and noticed that it tasted different, not as sweet, and kind of so so. I drank about half the jug before I reread the label. It was raw goat milk. I assumed it was cow because it was where the cows milk is displayed. I'm less thrilled drinking goats milk, so at least it slowed me down. But I gained 5 pounds just from those days of heavy drinking raw milk. I couldn't stop.

Thank you Dr Berg so much for the videos you share. I've been drinking raw milk since my childhood, was so tasty, never been sick. Till I tried pasteurized milk, now I get nausea if I drink some. To me raw milk is the most delicious food and one of the most health giving.

Back in day, we used to have raw milk delivered from the Dairy. It used to be loaded in large steel containers and they would come to our house, where it would be put into another steel/ brass container, it never touched plastic. Buffalo milk was used to make white butter - it was the purest and tastiest.

Perfect. This is an extremely important video. Now, the next step is to replace all of our A1-dairy cow stock with A2 breeds.... and/or sheep and goats (and I believe water buffalo, too), which all produce A2.

I'm on the raw milk train too! I just got back from a farm that sells raw milk for only £1.50 a litre. I'm hoping all the antibodies, probiotics and enzymes will help my IBS. Feeling positive.

I hope it helps you too! I haven’t found A 2 raw Milk yet. My doctor diagnosed me with IBS also. I’m actually seeing him this week. I’m going to tell him to take it off my medical chart. I switched to the Alexandre A2 VAT pasteurized milk I buy in Northern California. It has been a life changer. I can have milk again. It was definitely the A1 proteins were causing the trouble. Regular raw milk did not solve that problem for me. I believe Goat Milk is A2 Milk also.

@Dr. Eric Berg I am a person who is born to a normad family in East Africa, i used to drink raw, camels, goats sheep and sometimes cows milk, from birth until the age 12, then moved to Europe, this was our livelihood, and we also depend it on for food as well, I still remember like yesterday but now planning to return to that lifestyle after decades of been absent. I have been a silent watcher/listener of Doctor berg channel for few years, this man is a life saver to myself and millions of others. I wish you can let me translate yours into my mother tongue 👅 language, so millions of people can benefit from your advice and expertise !
