penn,oh how grateful we are you got through that terrible moment in your life❤ I nursed many a patient on what what was considered one of the most devastating and fast moving cancers you could have. Great idea,sadly none allowed in my house,just had my diabetic check,2stone loss in 1 year 🎉making over 13stone in all... Don't worry steve,them love handles are still just pinchable😂 Can I quote Peter Kay...everytime he goes to his Nanna,s,sees the 🌹 roses tin, opens up lid and ...its a sewing kit😂,think we are all quilty of that one !! Another educational vlog,of a standard I have come to expect,see you tomorrow people❤👍👍🎄

Penn, thank you for this. I'll be asking my family and friends to hand over their empties. It's a three fold winning situation.1 for the environment, 2 for McMillan and 3 for the pub, because it would be rude not to purchase a drink or two when you get there.
