When my husband could eat ham, i used to make this recipe. The ham, pineapple, and ginger go so well together. I added items in a different order-rice was last, just before the sauces. I haven't tried fried rice in the possiblecooker yet.

I’d like to see a series from you testing the new Jamie Oliver airfryer book and lots of different recipes. My understanding is he is only using the basic basket type airfryer. I’ve seen a few adverts on his socials for the book, wonder if is mere mortals could make stuff as good as him. Don’t think JO is making a tv series from this book, which is a error from him I think, as everyone loves a quick airfryer meal. Used to get all his new books but the last few have completely missed the mark with how people cook and eat these days, but deffo going to check this one out.
