Whether its wondering what to do with your hands when presenting, or just when standing in this video I share 3 things that you need to keep in mind when it comes to hand gestures and their meaning.
All to often I see people make themselves look awkward or unapproachable because of the way that they are holding their hands.

Something similar that’s weird for me is that when I’m walking my arms don’t swing they kinda just hang there and people say I walk fast..

I walk pretty fast as well.... I like to get places fat. With regards to the hands just hanging - when I am walking around in general day to day, my hands gently swing / hang vs when I am on stage or presenting, I am moving more deliberately

Hey Dawson, try to be really aware of when you are fidgeting, when you notice it happening take a deep breath in slowly breathe out out pull your shoulders back.... I have found this helps me 👍
