Next time try drilling out the back side of the rivet. Should speed up removal. 8-)

Yeah I should have, but I wanted to try to get the metal off around the rivet to leave the rivet in so there wasn't a gaping hole in the box. But it didn't work out that way.

Good idea! only I might coat mine with rhino liner to waterproof it.
