@@doctorrekha quote facts instead of quoting your reel miss rekha . u bash allopathy every now and then. ayurveda needs reforms a strong reform towards wrong concept like aun controls digestion etc and etc . people are lactose intolerant because there is less secretion of milk protein digesting enzymes in adult phase . people are intolerant towards complex egg protein .

@@doctorrekha and salt when comes in contact with upper surface of ice decrease the freezing point of ice temperature. any kind of impurity when dissolves either increases the boiling point or decreases the freezing point . not because salt is heating and all .. what kind of heating from where it came from.?? what kind of breaking results that?? allopathy me modern medicine me agar kbhi kuch galat concept hota hai to vo further researches ke sath sahi kiya jata hai na ki ayurveda ki trh ki ek book likh di bhut pehle .usko hi padhte chale aao apni ankh band krke .. don't you know ayurveda says that menstrual blood forms out of lymph what about that isn't that a myth???
