hi a little information about the history of food in each island of indonesia, 1.Sumatra Island (their diet is heavily influenced by South India, and the Middle East) 2. The island of Java (their food is heavily influenced by Chinese, Dutch and Portuguese, tastes sweet, salty, spicy, and some tribes like sour) a little similar to Bali but Bali is more spices. 3. Kalimantan (Borneo Island), their food is very Chinese influenced, the average taste is sour. 🙏🏻 love from sundanese west java indonesia ❤️

Indonesian food in restaurant style ☺️. You may try nasi goreng and mie goreng in bali traditional markets or locals warung, the normal price are about 10.000 to 20.000 rupiah. You also should try ayam betutu bu oki or nasi ayam kedewatan bali, traditional food with special balinese spices. Nice vlog, enjoy your holiday
