About 10 years ago, every joint in my body hurt, I had terrible back and neck pain all the time. I went to an acupuncturist once who said he couldn’t put needles in me because the knots were too hard. My knees hurt terribly, I got migraines and weird inflammatory flare ups… I went on my first anti inflammatory diet about 10 years ago and all of my joint pain went away in 6 days. It’s been a journey, but nothing hurts anymore. I’m 49, I go to heavyweight HIIT workouts 3 times a week- and nothing hurts anymore. My body feels comfortable. It’s because I eat high fat, red meat, eggs, goat cheese, sauerkraut , and some green veggies- and that’s it. Reducing that much inflammation has to help arterial buildup, etc., too.

I just wanted to say: for 2 years I’ve had foot arch pain that has made me irritable and not as mobile as I’d like. I watched this doctors video with the reverse stretch and it’s literally given me a new life. I’ve been doing it for about a month, every day, sometimes a few times a day and I can now go on long walks with my young kids again without any foot pain! I’m hoping to introduce jogs then running again soon. I can’t thank you enough Dr Berg, from a fan in Australia!

I started my journey almost 4 weeks ago by taking your advice with fresh food and 18:6 intermittent fasting. The results have been physically and mentally extremely positive due to having that knowledge, thanks to you! I have lost 15lbs so far and I will continue this life-long journey. I tried eating healthy earlier this year, but it was the intermittent fasting that my body needed as well. Quite a bit of the foods on this list is what I consume, so that's a great sign. Let's all hope for a successful New Year in 2024 and I hope to share my results when the time comes!

Dr Eric Berg thank you for this video on how to clean out your arteries and for your other videos. I have lost 80 pounds, most of it on keto and IF. I gradually weaned myself off of my bad habits, with the help of my son, who scrutinized all labels as our only shopper during the height of the pandemic. I am living the life I needed for so long. I am so happy. I was prediabetic and had the beginnings of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. While the numbers they measure don't show it, I am resolved to continue to treat myself as prediabetic, because I get heart palpitations if I eat food with sugar or sugar substitutes. This indicates progression towards heart failure, which runs in my family, and I have also noticed that salt and alcohol also cause these symptoms. So, I am on it! Oxalates are also a problem for me, so thanks for raising that as well. I had a scan that revealed a kidney stone, which my family practice doctor declined multiple times to follow up on and for which she had no advice. This isn't said to denigrate the medical professionals. I respect their limits and take my own responsibility very seriously. There are huge amounts of knowledge required to help an individual patient and the silos of knowledge even with the general knowledge that a family practice physician must command are too restrictive to ensure your proper care without your own personal self-education and advocacy. Dr. Eric Berg your channel has been immensely important to me in creating a better life. I am facing a heart valve test this week to see if it is blocked. I pray it isn't. But there is zero doubt in my mind that without the health and nutrition education that you and a few others have provided, free of charge (although I have purchased some of your products), I wouldn't be in the much better position that I am in now. People fret that they don't have willpower. What they lack is not willpower, it is tools, tools that get results and deepen resolve, which girds you for the actual battle. That's empowerment. That's freedom from incorrect self-castigation. Speaking for me personally, the knowledge you freely provide may mean a longer, much happier life and the gift of being, as called of course, a positive influence for change or at the very least a more available and supportive family member and friend, as my own needs are properly met. Thank you, Dr Eric Berg!

Hi ,doc i must leave this comment specially on the ladt part of the video .I had a big inflammation on 2017 ,as a dovorcee with 3 teenagers overworking ,i was a nursing assistant. TRULY MY PROBLEM STARTED SINCE MY FIRST PREGNANCY, then things keep escalating ,i had a painful perimenopause still my hypothyroidism got undiagnosed yet i had most of the symptoms. BUT YOU DC BERG are among those who gave me back my walk and serenity because i was diagnosed with pmdd so using anti depressants. But in relation to this video ,with my research i came to understand that my family we may have that gene the MTHFR so with that most of us are dealing with something, my Mum have high or we cannot metabolize the B's .I live in NY but my family is in Africa .Following your video i have a huge turning piont in my healing ,but to trust the meat or the liver sold in market .I do buy some meat at whole food and liver in store but always worry ,so i resorted to get from amazon dried grassfed liver in capsules, just to enhance the B VITAMIN as well i do take nutritional yeast .But i came back to this video for my MUM WHO HAS HYPOTENSION, NOW HER HEARING IS LOW or lost ,she is 83 .I do send medecine but im not there .I wanted more understanding, we do take our VITAMIN D3/k2 .Im just concerned. BUT Sir youvare doing such a job ,you have no idea how many people are improving their health .I came to find out more about how to deal with our anemia ,why we have some deformation but most why most of have fibroid ,arthritis, ect..From you i do help my family on how we change catch up that our doctor have been missing for years.Thank sir .MAY YOU LIVE SEE YOUR REWARD .WE THANK YOU AND NEED YOU AND WE ARE BLESSED TO FIND YOUR CHANNEL .THANK YOU ON BEHALF OF ME AND MY FAMILY AND OTHERS WHO FOLLOW YOUR CHANNEL.

Best food/drink I have found to clean out my arteries and lower BP is Citrusfruit juice, especially Grapefruit and Lemon/Lime! My BP was 160/90! I started a fasting regime and emptied my intestines for about a week, and then pressed a large Red Grapefruit and Lemon, and drank the juice everyday on an empty stomach, and on the second morning my BP was down to 115/68 !!! Systolic has been between 110-115 now for several weeks since, even if I don´t drink any juice for a few days my BP still stays low! My pulse also went up from a low 40-45 bpm to a more normal 60-65 bpm!

Best olive oil is from Türkiye❤we supply most of Europe. Ege bolge / Agean region. Also Parmigiano cheese is called Tulum peynir in Türkiye and sardines is our national fish. The problem with olive oil is that it still oxidises easily, so there's actually no telling if its good for you by the time you buy it and use it. It's also the most adulterated oil in the world as extra virgin has a high value so thinning it out with cheaper oils nets the suppliers big profits.
